I love auntie Anne's cinnamon sugar Pretzel bites. They are so goey sweet and soft. The only problem is the last 2 times I visited this location they were out and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. So disappointing please get it together! It smells so good and I leave so said,

I mean how can you not love the pretzel bites? Always good there. I do wish someone would keep up with the trash napkins and wrappers in front of the store. It’s more lazy people than their fault though.

Better than Sam,s Pretzels Had the cinnamon suger bites - pretty tasty, but I could just make cinnamon sugar toast at home... Next time I will try savory

Auntie Annes....where do I even begin? The pretzels aint bad...could be better...but my problem is...these people are straight up racist. One of my relatives who used to work here years ago had a horrible experience working here and even caused her emotional distress. One of the employees apparently used the n word and said that Aunties annes would not hire "n***"The people workin here are very rude and Ive heard that from multiple people who worked at this location. I will nevrr buy from here again. Id advise u all to do the sameCompanies do better please

The customer service is horrible at Cinnabon! Typo for Aunt Anne’s, my apologies I went to this place a while ago, not sure the time frame but, one of the managers who was named Maria I believe, had the nastiest attitude ever. She was extremely rude and acted terrible towards my sister and I, as if she was racist. I hope they shut this place down and start over with something else. I will never go back here again, and I’m going to see to it that nobody I know goes to this place either. St. Charles is a diverse, but prominently African American area, and there should be no room here for racism. All black people should stop giving business here, but I’m sure y’all won’t though. Smh.

Had the worst experience and time of my life at this location in Waldorf in the St Charles Mall The Manager's name is Kayla and She is the reason for this review,I took my 6 year old daughter who loved aunty annes pretzals well we live about 35 40 mins from the closest one being this one in the mall wait in very small line 3 people including me in the line about 4 30 in the afternoon not busy at all 6 people working and I ask for pretzels made without butter on them they sell them even says on there website long story short my daughter is lactose intolerant and will make her very sick so I place my order to the cashier and Kayla the Manager pipes in asking me if it's allergic or preferences no butter I tell her it's allergic,She says she's to busy to make a special order and looks right at my daughter who's upset but trying to make the best and keep me calm and Kayla did not care at all she's a heartless pos, And that I just drove 45 mins for my 6 year old daughter just for there pretzals and she could care less every other employee was speechless I asked for a owner's number she wouldn't give it only corporate which I will be calling Monday morning and will find the OWNER of aunty annes in Waldorf Maryland....

Awesome customer service, quick wait time, fresh pretzels ?
The food and drink were good. But the guy at the register was new and nervous. He did a great job considering he had no assistance from who I’m assuming was the manger. She was rather rude.

My nuggets were burned and I had to repeat my order 3 times because the workers in the back were too busy talking and playing music. It was as busy as it gets. My brother and I both ordered separately and the cashiers were both new and extremely nervous. No one helped them but rather stood by. Very unorganized, felt bad for the cashiers.
