Baskin-Robbins

My family was excited to visit this Baskin-Robbins location after its recent renovation, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The store only had 8 flavors available—hardly the variety you’d expect from a Baskin-Robbins.

Even when I tried to make the most of the limited options, I found that the freezers and blenders were constantly broken, which meant no milkshakes or sundaes. How can a place specializing in ice cream not keep its equipment functional?

To top it all off, the management’s customer service is awful. They are unresponsive, rude, and don’t seem to care at all about the experience they’re providing. It’s clear that this location is being run very poorly, and it’s a shame because it has so much potential.

I went here with my daughters and this place is really nice! The worker’s here are very friendly, they attend quick and it’s a comfortable environment. I’ve gone to other Baskin Robins and usually they don’t have the banana split but lucky here they have it. We also got the berry smoothie mix and it tastes really good, especially for the heat. They gave us a drink to try in a small cup, it was the cappuccino blast. It tasted amazing I would order it the next time I come here.

Store is supposed to close at 8pm, it's7:30 pm and the inside closed up. Went to the drive thru service wasn't that much better.

They are so slow at this location hire new workers asap and they close earlier than the time it says I came here a couple times at 7,7:10,7:20 and they act like they have nothing

I have visited this location often over the past 6 years. Service is good. The staff is courteous and efficient for the most part. I visit now mainly for the \\\"freshpack\\\" ice cream. Some staff actually \\\"weigh\\\" the container! They are just following orders. I like it better when they just packed it \\\"tight\\\". I notice staff is younger and less personable then in the past. The wait time in drive through is minimal as a rule. Overall they meet my needs and I will continue to patronize them.

Food is garbage and this company closes its doors before close time countless times.

How the hell the lady tell me they don't sell Carmel brownie sundaes only one in the world i.have ever been to that doesn't and very smart mouth

Went to order some ice cream. The lady taking our order was very impatient and just asked “is that all, is that all” every 5 seconds. After we figured out our order she so rudely didn’t tell us our total and said “just pull up”. Please teach these people some customer service. Highly disappointed and won’t return.

If you forget to tell them to make the milkshake thick then you’ll be sipping on basically flavored milk smh. Even when I do say “more thick” they still make it milky sometimes :(

This is one of those times they need to have better service. We pulled up and a person came over the intercom to talk about the deal and nothing else as we sat there for several minutes. We went to the window. No one was in there and wasted my time. If they we closed or closing they should have said something.

Okay let me tell you..... Service is poor... Attitude City. Out of 5 orders 3 were wrong... and the continue to make them wrong 2 times over. By time the got it right my ice cream was so soft that it was dripping before it came out the window .. talk about frustrated.... The excuse was it's because they have to keep opening and closing the freezer window.... WHAT! I ended up giving mine back and getting a refund. 20 minutes of frustration for what should have been a fun experience with the kids.??‍♀️
