First let me say the two stars really want to go to the staff. We ordered from here before and remembered how great the meatloaf tasted and the turkey dinner. So we decided to order again something hearty as we prepared all the holiday baking. If it wasn't for the staff because we use the direct online ordering option from Boston market, we would've been very upset to find out that certain dishes were not offered anymore I like the cream spinach and the kids dessert that was offered on the site wasn't there at the store and they compensated by giving a pie. But in general the quality of food was not the same. The meatloaf was cold at best and it was not very delectable to your taste buds. It was very disappointing to basically see cubed like meat congealed in your takeout container. We are all trying to be understanding working in the new norm and having supply chain shortages. I know it seems to be in particularly hard for chain restaurants and establishments these past couple of months. But I would think you would rather retain local customers by being upfront and say hey we don't have half the things that you're used to and because we are shorthanded it may not care in customer service are used to. I believe some of us would still order and give our money to these establishments rather than learning the hard way. We to have to be conservative where we place our dollars to feed our family in this difficult economic time. Everyone wants to do their part supporting local businesses whether they're small or large. It's just very disheartening that when it comes to family meals it's hit or miss no matter where you go. I do hope that this chain restaurant restore some of its good graces when the supply chain is resolved and health and safety of their staff can return to normal operations whatever that may be.

Recently on Thanksgiving day (11/25/2021) I placed a catering order online. On the day of thanksgiving I went to pick up my order and the employees were very unorganized, the lady stated she did not have my order then later she realized she has messed up so she found my order which was incomplete. I only received one pan of chicken and one pan of sweet potatoes that did not have marshmallows or crust on it. I was also missing 4 orders of peach cobblers (4 in a pack) therefore a total of 16 plus one individual item (17 total) that I DID NOT receive. The lady stated that they did not have them therefore I requested a refund. The store manager David stated that I need to go through catering on Monday in order to receive a refund. On Monday I called catering and they couldn't issue me a refund. This is VERY POOR business and customer service. I paid for something I did not get and Boston Market are reluctant to resolve the issue. I would NEVER do catering again at their establishment again. This is very unethical to have a customer pay for an item they did not receive and there is no resolution. Also, on thanksgiving my order was completely wrong and incomplete I was missing a full pan of chicken and a pan of sweet potatoes with none of the toppings on it and the customer service and the manager David did not care at all.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let me tell you why, the employees BOSTON Market hires are deplorable, they are disrespectful and quite frankly the food isn't even that great. Early November I stopped at BOSTON Market to get an order of yams and cornbread. The person they had working the drive thru was a black male, came to the window disrespectful from jump. When I proceed to inform him of how disrespectful he was, I became every bi**ch in the world. I was a black B**ch, a dyke B**ch, a "buck tooth" b**ch, every female dog that man could've called me. Then after I still paid for my food after the horrible service, he proceeds to tell him to meet him outside in the parking lot. When I pulled out of the drive through he was outside with another employee , threatening my life. I was petrified , I armed myself a knife for fear that, that man was crazy enough to lung at me. I will never be eating at BOSTON Market ever again in life. When I informed the district manager, she offered me a bunch of "I'm sorrys" & "you know how it is". I'm in the process of suing BOSTON market for this. I have no words for my experience with them. I will include a picture of the person coming outside and threatening me. Stay far away from this place please, they do not care about their customers

This has to be one of the worst managed stores in Waldorf. This store is never stocked with food. It's makes no difference as to what time of day, day of the week, or month of the year. We like the food but you never have it. The owner of this store needs to fire the managers and start over or you will be just another empty store in Waldorf.

I ordered a family meal online for curbside pickup and when I got to the store I was informed that they did not have what I ordered or any meats at all to even replace it with something else. I asked for a refund and the store manager rudely responded that she doesn’t have my money and can’t give me a refund, told me all I could do was call my bank and dispute the charge. When I mentioned to her that this was $40 out of my pocket that she is unable to refund me she says she had to turn away a $200 and $300 order so she wasn’t going to waste her time talking to me about $40. I have never experienced such shtty service. It wouldn’t be as bad if they had the decency to call after the order was placed and let me know they couldn’t fulfil, but they waited until I was in the parking lot and then treated me as if I was being an inconvenience. Never again.

I'm sorry but just no all around bad. Idk why the potatoes aren't looked at probably before y'all serve it or why the chicken isn't cooked all the way through but just no. I tried this place a second time after the first disappointment and I regretted it. Staff wasn't the issue the food was

THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING...usually pot pies or chicken in general. It's ridiculous. When they have it, the food is good. They have been out of pot pies for 4 days now.

I placed a catering order for my father's birthday party. Everyone loved loved the food especially the cornbread and sweet potatoes. For large orders it is cheaper to do catering order instead of regular menu options. I will definitely keep them in mind for any events.

Went through the drive thru Sunday evening placed my order went to the window to pay for my food and the girl working took my ten dollar bill but didn’t grab my change. I tapped on the window to give her my change and she tells me that she “already put it in” so I told her all she had to do was give me a dollar back. She proceeded to tell me it wasn’t that serious and threw my dollar inside my car andClosed the window, and banging on the door asking to speak with the manager made the situation worse… Both the cashier and the manager who was a woman was rude disrespectful and unprofessional

I typically like Boston Market and generally get their prime rib. The last two times it has not been good at all. It actually was disappointing compared to previous times.

Service at this location sucks. They seem to hire from the bottom of the barrel. Ex cons or just plain ghetto ppl. Black and white the staff would not know customer service if it was staring them in the face. Visited this dump 08/16/21 this will the last trip here.

Boston Market in Waldorf was the worst experience I had in a long time, I'll mannered staff no one smiling no one smiling nor a thank you I walked inside to order a meal because the drive in line was long it took 20 minutes inside for my meal. Ordered meatloaf and not one drip of gravy was on it I immediately called and spoke to the manager if they don't make some serious changes with the staff I will never spend my hard earned money there. Never got a receipt the person completing the orders Tuesday 8/17/2021 needs customer service training.

There was no line at the drive through so i decided to go there instead of inside to save time. I was wrong. I sat there for 5 minutes before someone decided to ask me what I wanted and then proceeded to ignore me and do something else for another 5 minutes before coming back again and asking what I wanted to order (1 large mac and cheese) which proceeded to take another 10 minutes to give to me when there was no one in front of me in line nor was there a lacking amount of employees there. very disappointed.
