Bruster's Real Ice Cream Waldorf, MD

The lady that served me was so sweet and she gave me my money's worth. I guess 🤷‍♀️, being a millenial I'm not used to paying almost $10 for a icecream cone but that cone was about as tall as i was!😂 Was having a really rough day that day and the good customer service and the tall scoop of icecream blessed me.🥰

I recently had a birthday.I had purchased a ice cream.It was a 2 sided cake.It was very delicious.I would like to thank Maya for going out her way!

Ice cream was good but messy, the container was over flowing, not a bad thing but hard when you are going home with it.

Staff was friendly , ice cream was so good!!! An excellent overall experience!!!! I definitely recommend it !

So went there this year and no regular Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. The cookie dough is not my type of flavor. Bring back regular chocolate chip. (The non Dairy type does not taste good to me)

Bring Back Chocolate Chip. I am tired of having to drive to Laurel to get Bruster’s chocolate chip. I haven’t been back in over a year because the flavors they have are not the best and they refuse to make chocolate chip ice cream

Just left here got Banana Pudding icecream. It was literally plain banana icecream didn’t have any wafers in it.

We were told and shown pictures of cockroaches all over the floor and in the shop.

This Brusters is a real gem. The owner is amazing--a week ago my mom stopped by with the grandkids for ice cream sundaes as her last hurrah with the kids before she headed home. The store was closed! Somebody had missed first shift. She tried again an hour later, must have been the same shift bc still no one there. She went back a THIRD time late at night and hallelujah they got their ice cream! Meanwhile I messaged Brusters on FB to let them know we missed them. The owner reached out directly to me to offer Sundaes to the kids on him. When we went to pick them up, he made them for is personally! Mr. J, you have some lifelong loyal customers at our house and my kids look forward to working for you when they're old enough.

They may not have the variety of toppings, but they do have some quality icecream and flavors. Service can be a little slow at times, but overall not too bad.

I came to busters tonight the young white lady was very un welcoming and unfriendly. I asked for that orange sherbet she stated they ran out . I drove from Bowie smh

You all might want to leave the eating ice cream from the store in tubs instead. I got my ice cream which is the typical 2 scoops of ore and 2 scoops of cotton candy. Tell me why all thought out the cotton candy ice cream there are long black hairs. I would have been like okay one hair not an issue but come on there was well over 14 hairs literally buried in the ice cream. It was so gross.
