I went to BWW for the first football game of the season. While it was crowded and parking was hard to find (which was expected) my experience was AMAZING!! Jasmin did an impeccable job as our server! She had lots of tables and was still able to be very attentive! The food was good and came out fast! No complaints at all!

Came here with two friends. We all ordered at the same time—my friends got 30 wings each, and I got 20. Somehow, their food came out about 10 minutes before mine, even though my order was smaller.
Once I finally got my food, I asked for a glass of water—twice during the meal and once more when I got the check. Still never got it. Even my friends found it strange and uncomfortable.
Not sure if this was just a one-time issue, but the service felt careless and unprofessional. Would think twice before coming back.

I ordered online and was early picking up my order. To my surprise it was already done and sitting on the shelf. I got home with the food and realized it was not fresh at all. The only thing that was fresh was the tacos . I ordered 30 boneless wings and 2 fries and they were obviously old and dry. If someone is spending their hard earned money on food, they should get fresh food. IF I ever order from this establishment again I will be checking my food for freshness before I walk out. What a waste of money.

Don’t order door dash from this location they don’t properly seal the bags.
I’ve already talked to the general manager and told him after my food was tampered with. On the very next order again the food wasn’t sealed properly and was tampered with

May 2 approx 830, sat at the bar and the bartender didn't greet me or even smile. Only 4 people at the bar and after 10 minutes of not being acknowledged, I simply got up and left. she just threw off bad vibes and i did not feel welcomed to the least of extents.. No worries, I won't be back.

The waitress was amazing. The vibe was clean, with lots of TVs to watch the game. Unfortunately, my food fell short. I have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings more often due to my visits to Detroit, Michigan; everything was amazing there. This location didn't live up to that standard. The wings felt overcooked, my onion rings were delicious, but I was disappointed with my burger and nachos; I had to search for the meat.

Tuesday is bogo 50% traditional take-out (full bogo if dine-in with blazing reward account), Thursday is bogo bonesless take-out and dine-in.
I would recommend take-out, the service is mid. Seems like they staff minimally on tue/thur when we go. Otherwise, a good experience, will return on promo days.
