The takeout order was incomplete. The queso was completely missed. The 20 boneless were so lightly sauced that 50% of the outside of all wings had no sauce at all. That made the chicken pretty bland. Upon arriving to pick up the order, the staff at the front counter were much more concerned with their conversation than greating or helping customers. All 3 of these things would have been easy to get right with a little thought and attention. When this place missed on food quality, service, and fulfilling the full order I can't recommend it.

This is the driest chicken on earth , that is sad that the featured item is this bad. Chicken should not be this dry were it's hard to eat. A major franchise that runs out of a popular drink is not good.

I’m pregnant and had been craving Buffalo wings and fried pickles. The wings were delicious, but the fried pickles were barely fried and definitely needed more time, they completely ruined my craving. Our server took our order, and after that I had to flag her down every time I needed anything. She never checked on us at all. I was a server for over 10 years and always delivered my own food to my tables; she didn’t even have to do that, yet still couldn’t manage basic check-ins. Bad service, disappointing fried pickles (especially after I drove about 40 minutes for them), but the wings were great. I still tipped anyway because, as a former server, it just feels like something I’m obligated to do.

I write this as I sit in the restaurant. What does this place get right. Everything we ordered came out wrong. The waitress took forever to bring anything out. Things were entered in digitally and written down and still came out wrong. Took forever to get refills. Stuff wasn’t even entered in after ordered. How can service be this bad. The table was dirty upon arrival. We had to ask multiple times for it to be cleaned and it was left wet after bing wiped off. Also there was a bug in one of our drinks. Just a terrible experience

We stopped by for a late dinner after work and was pleasantly surprised. Our waiter Jonathan A was top notch. He was extremely friendly and very accommodating to any requests we made. Our food arrived quickly also. We’ll definitely be returning to try more items on the menu.
Showed up with my kids and my server was amazing. The issues are that it's too dark inside and the kids food was just really bad. The chicken tenders and chicken wings were overcooked and very hard and chewy. The Mac n Cheese from kids menu was horrible and looked old. The boneless wings tasted bad.The best thing was my server and the triple bacon burger . I don't think ill be coming back !!!

I went to BWW for the first football game of the season. While it was crowded and parking was hard to find (which was expected) my experience was AMAZING!! Jasmin did an impeccable job as our server! She had lots of tables and was still able to be very attentive! The food was good and came out fast! No complaints at all!
