I have been to this restaurant many times. I am very satisfied when I eat in. However, when I order online and pick it up, it always takes way too long than the estimated time! When I come to pick up as the estimated time, they say my order is still being made and I have to wait another 30 minutes!!! This is not just once or twice, but every time I order take out!!! Why not change the estimated time so I don't want to waste time sitting there and waiting!!!

The family and I ended up here because another place we wanted to go was closed and wow, while we weren’t looking for a gem, we found one The food was fantastic, with classic American dishes done just right, and every bite was full of flavor. Drinks came out fast, food right behind it. The ambiance was comfortable and welcoming, ideal for a nice meal out with the family, we went around 6pm so it wasn’t busy at all. What really made our experience memorable, though, was our server. Dre! He went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and adding such a personal touch to the meal, personal recommendations and laughs. He truly made us feel like VIPs with his attention to detail and genuine warmth. You don’t find people like him everyday, I pray that God blesses him as much as he has been a blessing to my family and I. If you’re looking for a great spot with amazing food and exceptional service, go head and try this Buffalo Wild Wings.

Usually enjoy the food from here. Ordered it for delivery today for the nfl games. I am missing Carrots and Celery, 2 ranch dressing, one salad dressing and 1 Pepsi. Very frustrating.

Went for lunch. Bar side was only open. Sat at a table and the bartender took care of us. Good menu selection. Everything was good and hot. Fried pickles were great and the fries were great as well. Restaurant was clean and maintained. Sports on the TV's of course. No issues at all. Probably our third visit here and will continue to come for lunch.
Parking: Parking lot surrounds the building. Plenty of spaces.
1st visit, I odered wings with Hawaiian Luau, came out to table with Carolina Reaper sauce in stead. 2nd visit, because mistakes happen, we returned a couple days later and was greeted by an obnoxiously rude waitress, who yelled at us to make your food and drinks order on your phone, never stopping by the table. Won't be going back there. You can keep your Carolina reaper and pissy wait staff.

I visited here with friends. I was the last to arrive in the group. I never got to order because prior to my arrival, my friends were treated discriminately by their server and the management. The details of the incident: part of the group stepped out for a smoke break, and other people in the party were still seated. The manager chased and yelled at them. "You can't leave without paying first." My friends explained they were just stepping outside for a moment. Our friends still seated also pointed this out. The server then rudely drops everyone's check without being asked to and just walks away without saying a word. At this point, I arrive while temperaments are strong. The other manager came to smooth things over and failed miserably, no one apologized. They only made excuses.Everyone was over it and ready to leave, so we did. But i think it's sad that some of them weren't done with their food but over being disrespected by the yt staff. I won't be back. Racism at it's finest. Shameful.

Recently dined in and enjoyed my food and service overall. Plenty of screens to watch while you eat and drink. The service was good, I just wished we were checked on more often and given proper containers to store the amount of food we were taking home. My wings were cooked well and had a good amount of sauce on them (I highly recommend the mango habanero flavor, but it is spicy!) I also like to get the spicy buffalo chicken wrap preferably with fries, but the chips and salsa are okay too. Their sweet tea isn't very sweet, but I guess I need to cut back on sugar anyway. Though everything is a little pricey, I would still recommend checking this place out on occasion, especially for the wings! Also, it seems better to go on weekdays
