This Buffalo Wild Wings is beyond incompetent. If you order on any app Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc just know it is highly likely that it will be wrong. Even if you go pick it up, check your order.

My first time here at this wings eats. I like the one in Baton Rouge. A friend and I went to watch the LSU vs. Iowa WNCAA game. That game was the game of the week and they didn't feature it on the big screen. Only on about 2 screens. My first time having Chipotle shrimp tacos. This is one of the BEST style tacos I have ever tasted. I will cook these at home. I know I I will buy these again at BUFFALO WILD WINGS! NOT packed to the max as it would have been at home. I thought “how could I go wrong ordering French Fries” ? On March 29th, 2024 around 9:00pm I ordered some French Fries and a Diet Coke from my Uber Eats app. It took the restaurant nearly one hour to prepare my order before Uber Eats could pick it up! Once it was delivered to me I was in total shock ? to see a huge $5 plus box not even filled half way with fries!!! *The picture I included was taken after I ate “one” French Fry! And the fries were cold UNBELIEVABLE!!!!*UPDATE!!! After seeing the reply from the owner (below ) I contacted Buffalo Wild Wings as suggested and they had the audacity to blame UBER Eats for my disproportional amount of food???? Wow ?

It's okay from what I know cuz I've never been inside I don't freaking know why this thing thinks I was in there I walked by there but I walked by there a lot when I'm in Waldorf but I also walked by Hooters a lot when I'm in Waldorf and that's never been suggested as a place I've been even though I've actually stopped in that parking lot to do a raid or to take out the gym cuz I'm a big Pokemon go player I have nothing to say about food service or atmosphere I've never been inside the building but I feel bad so I'm going to give some insight on the outside of the buildingParking: I was walking by and I saw they had plenty of parking again I've never been inside but I feel like I should at least say that it looked like they had decent parking

We used to go there every Friday night. Food was good, service was good, prices were ok. Now, service sucks, prices suck, food is ok. Plenty of other options.
Terrible service. I was greeted rudely with a “u can seat yourself” sat down no server was introduced to me. I had to figure out by myself that I had to send my orders and pay through my phone. We were not checked in on. And when we were it was a rude “yall good” by a sever named emily. If I could put negative stars I would. I would never be back.

I haven't been to Buffalo wild wings in years. I will never go again. The wings supposed to be sweet barbecue it was watered down generic barbecue. Was so hard and crispy they taste a week old. Got the nerve to charge $0.60 for a tablespoon of sauce.

You come in and they greet the carry out people but we stood there with another family for a few minutes before the girl that was helping all of the carryout orders, so just sit wherever you want. We sit down they told us that they no longer have paper menus and can’t take our order that we must go through the app, which requires you to set up an account and give therm your phone number and they have to send you a code. they must hate their waitresses because no more tips if I’m doing all the work. This is worse than self check out at Walmart.Give people the option at least. I’m not interested in BWW selling my phone number to telemarketers. Terrible business plan to offer less customer service
