Terrible service. My order was totally wrong. I ordered double Whoppers with cheese, got home and in the bag was two of those awful tasting impossible burgers. Couldn't eat them and my dog wouldn't either. After filling out survey I got a call telling me they would replace the meal, but we all know what happens when you complain about your food at a restaurant. I won't be going there because I know from working in the food industry what employees do when people complain. You can rest assured I will never visit this Burger King ever again. And by the way the employees surely don't care because I waited 24 minutes at the window to get my food and what we did get was ice cold. They've lost my business and I don't recommend this place to anyone

The man working the counter named James is the reason I left and decided to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. The way he spoke to other customers was beyond rude and ridiculous. If he can't handle the high stressed position there, he may want to consider other life choices.

Rude bigger white man in the AM morning of July 30th , and rude manager , they don't greet you they make you wait there and tell you ask for something it's very rude, they will keep walking past you like you don't exist. ... And that manager with the little ponytail should know better and she should be ashamed of herself... If you don't want to be in hospitality then don't fill out the application...

The merchant's service attitude is very bad. Is he discriminating against me? I went in before the door closed, but he kicked me out. The store was open, so he could place an order for me before closing. Why did he kick me out? You are negligent in your job. Why should I bear the consequences? A fat old man. Terrible. I am very disappointed in the service at the Waldorf location. The young lady that took my order was not friendly; lacked customer service skills and could not get my order correct. In the drive through, I asked for my fries to be replaced with onion rings in one of two, whopper meals I order. I also asked for both orders to be in separate bags. At the drive-thru window; my order was messed up. She looked at me angrily when I shared my order was wrong. She never greeted me when I pulled up nor thanked me for my service when I was handed my bags after waiting 4 minutes for it to be corrected. I thought about my experience when I got home and tried calling back to speak to management however you can't leave a message

The cotton candy cloud milkshake is still all over the menu but when we pulled in we were told they don't have them anymore. The crazy thing about that is it's an electronic menu it's not like they have to print up a new one to change it. After slowly giving our order to someone who clearly did not want to be taking orders, we pull up to the window to pay and a lovely cloud of marijuana smell wafts out of the window. When the young lady gave me my food I smiled and said thank you to be met with basically dropping the food in my hand and closing the window.
