Overall 1 but free fries & new slushie gave it a 2I ordered a bacon cheeseburger on app using reward points & a rewarded fry... I got the food & the burger was just a plain cheeseburger with condiments i did not request.. So I went inside with reciept and told them its the wrong burger.. they took it & brought the same sandwich back to me .. so i geve it back & handed them the reciept so they can see it.. eventually they got it right , and i got another fry and leftthe cheese was cold so they just slapped it on & did not heat it up & bacon was left over bacon from breakfastonly thing hot was the fries & As for the drink I got a medium regular blue slushie but they gave me that new one with the white foam on it, it was a good flavor to try

The equipment was broken and couldn't hear the teller through the drive through. The servers didn't speak and seemed put out to even serve you. Awful...

Don't order delivery from this location. Ordered one day didn't receive my food. Ordered a Bacon King today 3/12/24 and my burger had no bacon in it. This place also gives out paper straws, not a fan of them straws at all. Terrible service I received from Manager Ms. Crystal when I called.

This location is supposed to close at midnight on Saturday 3.9.2024. I pulled up to the drive through at 1120p and the employees would not answer. I drove around and saw two guys (one black guy and one older looking white guy) in there working so I turned around and went back through the drive through. At this point it's 11:27p.They cut the menu off and still no response. So unprofessional and bogus Trash service and work ethic.

My food was hot n fresh, the fries were really good, I was impressed because it was all the way full of fries, and right amount of salt! Very tasty.
I don't know what changed in the last couple of weeks but it's been back to back winners. Today's burgers and fries were hitting like a cookout and delicious. Supremely good lunch cook! Huzzah!

Managers, if and when noticing communication issues between staff & a customer, this becomes a pivotal opportunity to educate younger employees on professional representation and effective communication. Guidance is needed, and can effectively enhance interactions for everyones benefit.

I normally don’t leave reviews for fast food. Stopped during lunch rush. My burger was hot. Not warm, it was hot. Sadly the onion rings were not. What made me leave a review is the person managing tickets/expediting. He was all over things and super pleasant to everyone; customers and co-workers. So nice to encounter someone not grumpy or surly or apathetic.
Came back will dashing at 9pm and waited even longer for cold effin food and very worse serviceNever againWaited 20.ins in lone cause of them switching from breakfast to lunch and needing to cook the foodManager was rude as ever can be cause you know 20mins in drive thruBeen through this location quite alot food either wrong or missing
