Wow this place is a hidden gem for sure. They have so many vegan options, and the pizza was delicious. 10/10

The wait time was too long to even order. We stood in line for about 10 minutes and the person in front of us left without ordering. A few minutes later and we did the same. Funny, I couldn’t really smell the while waiting inside

This was my first time having Burnbox. I had the Crab Catcher and the Plain Jane with smoked gouda. I must say, the pizza in terms of taste was excellent! The pizza was sooo good! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the pizza was really thin and pretty small. To my surprise, Burnbox does not have any sizes like most pizza places. This pizza place just has one size for pizzas and the size was not very big. The pizza was not very filling, but the taste was really good!

Unfortunately, my experience at the Waldorf location was a let down. The buffalo wings I ordered had no buffalo sauce actually on the wings and the pizza didn't taste anything like the pizza I received when I ordered numerous times at the Watkins Park location. When I called to express my dismay at the drastic difference in the quality I was told I came late to pick up the meal and it was sitting in the warmer. However, I came during the stated time in the email confirmation. The quality of the food wasn't the same.

Last few times I've been here my food has been under cooked and the soft drinks are always out of order. It just seems like since they've opened they just care less about the food quality and overall customer service. I used to like it here but I'm done eating undercooked pizza the cheese is barely melted and the sauce and toppings are cold

I love this place, period! Every time I order, my food is ready BEFORE the pickup time, my orders have ALWAYS been accurate, The staff is always helpful and polite and the drive thru is my FAVORITE feature!!!! I’m handicap so going inside is not preferred for me so i love that i can pull up to the drive through window and grab my order. And shoutout to the ppl who forgot my ranch the other day and flagged me down out the window before i pulled off to give it to me 😂 I really appreciate yall. My only critique is them wings idk im not feeling them yet.

I’ve been trying to give them time and benefit of the doubt to do the right thing, but apparently they want the bad review instead. I’m waiting for a refund I requested on Friday Nov 15th due to a quality issue in store. This is my conversation with the owner or whoever runs their social media page because nobody will answer my calls. I still have not received a refund. (In the correct amount) they have also not apologized for the inconvenience one time.
