Decided Cafe Rio for my birthday, and was very disappointed! They mustve ran out of cilantro and shrimp on "Shrimp Taco Saturday", as they decided to substitute pork in it's place, and not include cilantro in any of our numerous entrees. Very disappointed!

My wife and I really love coming to Cafe Rio. Every time we go it is clean, which I really like. I do have to mention we always go late at night. The food is always pretty good. There isn't really too many negatives. I would recommend eating here if you are ever in Waldorf.
