This was my first time at a mall location, I am more familiar with the store fronts. They did not have salads on their menu but said they can make one. Their veggies looked old and probably were out for a while. I requested new veggies so I had to wait. Once added i was ready to check out. I asked for dressing, for my salad, and was charged. I assume that if I had requested it on my salad I wouldn't have been charged the additional fees. Either way I won't be going back to this location and will look for a store front to avoid the extra fees.

I have never visited this location until today. I ordered a bowl and one of the topping was guacamole. When I got back to work to sit down and enjoy my lunch, the first thing I spot is a long hair sitting on top of the sour cream. I removed and and proceeded to try to eat this meal. What I paid for was guacamole. What I received is a rock hard piece of an avocado that should never be served to anyone. I'm disappointed and will not likely return though I have had positive experiences at different locations.

I ordered chicken nachos via grubhub and the nachos were really good. They took the care to put the queso sauce on the side, something I did not think to request, but that i really appreciated because my chips were not soggy. There was a good ratio of toppings to chips and overall they were some of the best nachos I’ve had in the Waldorf area.

I asked for a Quesadilla and they asked what meat and put cheese on it and in the oven. I wanted toppings in the quesadilla too so I said I didn’t want that one as I was never asked and they slammed the other down on the counter.Poor customer service when I could have put my money into another Mexican spot. Won’t be returning.
This place stands out for sure. I love that they have kept some of their favorites from the other locations but I can still make my own. Staff is great!My suggestion is the Honey Lime but add tortilla strips and guac.

First I love California Tortilla but this by far is the worst experience. The girl making my bowl didn’t even understand so she kept messing up then got mad because I had to keep repeating myself . She messed up my bowl it’s drenched in just straight sour cream . Then I asked for a sauce and they said they had no sauce . How are you out of a main ingredient. I asked did you have more she looked and walked around in confusion. Also want to add she started speaking Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand but I head her saying unprofessional things. Was hoping for a better experience

I love this place! Their guacamole is made fresh, it is so delicious! I had the shrimp quesadilla, and my friend had the steak burrito they were both really good! For dessert, we had chocolate cookies and brownies so delicious, I'll definitely be back. the Manager and the crew were friendly and attentive!
