I have been coming here for many years and I come at least twice once or twice every week to get crabs. This is the second time that I have gotten overcooked crabs from this particular spot. When I called and informed them, they told me to bring them back and I will get a refund. The first time I was cool with a refund because I had ordered a pound of shrimp and it was late so I was willing to just deal with that. This time I told them that I did not want a refund. I simply wanted another half a dozen remade. The store manager refused to remake another half a dozen, and simply said that he would give me a refund. He explained that the crabs might just be bad and they all came out of the same batch. I explained that it was not the crabs being bad but the meat inside being mushy.He stated that all of the crabs are cooked for the same time 18 minutes. But I specifically ordered 30 minutes out, and when I had came, my crabs were still on the stove covered, which means that even after The 18 minutes and him turning off the stove, they were still steaming in the heat. I tried to explain this to him, but he refused to listen and simply told me to take my money back and just go to another crab place. I asked him several times to call the owner of the facility and he refuse saying he would not.

I even made a point of explaining to him that it was not his fault, but probably an oversight on his part. Not thinking that, even though he turned off the heat that they might still be cooking because the top was on the pot.

Yuck. Was craving crabs and decided to stop here. Mush complete mush
The crabs were sooo over cooked,the texture was like mashed potatoes. I don't think you can get a refund on crabs. What a waste of money

The food was not good, we actually threw most of it away. The crab balls tasted like rotten fish, the crab sticks were burnt, and my husband’s fried fish had bones hidden in it. The fries were okay (not hot, but tasted fine). Service was good but not good enough that I would go back.

I ordered the Croaker sandwich... It should be named the "tad-pole" sandwich due to the extremely small pieces of fish.

Food is good, quality isn't what it use to be. The prices have raised tremendously in the past few years. Overall still a good place to have some seafood.

I purchased 2 dozen medium blue crabs, 4 clusters of crab legs, and an order of fried shrimp. Everything was great!! The crabs were heavy and delicious. I highly recommend this place. The young female, the daughter of the owner, is sweet and very friendly! Makes it nice in this crazy world!!

The staff is disrespectful, they don't understand English, the receptionist isn't letting the manager/owner that customers are having issues, the prices are extremely high for them to put just the right amount of crabs in your bag, the large crabs are actually the regular crabs and the jumbo crabs are actually the large crabs, I spend almost 200 dollars every time I come here and now the jumbo crabs went up 10 dollars a dozen this place is a rip off and don't treat there customers right. I usually don't leave reviews but this is my 3rd time asking for a manager with no response if you want crabs this isn't the place

Tried to call several times. No one answered. Got there and no one greeted me, no hello. Just looked at me. They said they are closing and not taking anymore orders! What the Hell!!! At 7:45pm

Very poor customer service pretend like they hate to serve you and very unfriendly if you ask anything. Next time will come here only if there is no other choice at the time.
