I just called for pricing on crabs and the person that answered the phone was soooo rude! I won't go there just because you have crabs! If you don't like what you do then leave it to someone else that's friendly and caring! You won't get money! Next!

I wish I read the reviews before I went to this place!!The 2 pieces of fish smelled and tasted old, french fries were not full cooked, and asked to have the oysters fried hard/crispy, they were soft and mushy!!!Also, the customer service was very unfriendly!!WILL NOT RETURN!!

The owner "Justine" is very unkind to people of color. I used to love this place - told my family about it. Went one evening order $70 worth of food. Got home 20 miles away and noticed all the food was burnt!! like it been reheated. I called and spoke to Justine he gave me a credit for $40 because the wings were the only thing fresh. I went to use my credit I ordered the same thing I usually get " Honey Old Bay wings and hushpuppies." And asked for my fries to be seasoned. He repeated fries seasoned. When I got back to my car and bit into the wings they were "Lemon Pepper wings" and no French fries. I called and spoke to Justine. I told him of about his mistake and he tried to blame me and told me to bring the food back. I stood there and said " i know you not gonna give that food to someone else." Thats when he finally threw it in the trash. Then rudly asked "what did i want" I repeated my order To him like I did 15 min prior... i stood there like a hawk watching them make my food. I saw Justine slide back there and spoke to one of the cooks (not sure what was said) but i watched my hot food come out the deep fryer with no interaction from Justine. I figured maybe Justine was having a bad day so I called today August 15th to remind him of our interaction and to remind him of how many folks I told about this place before his mistakes. Again he tried to blame me and said "you don't like our food then don't come to store'. When infact when the food is cooked properly (not reheated or burnt) the food is great. Shame I will not be eating here ever again and neither will the folks that I told how amazing it was. He treats people of color that are patrons very badly. Sorry this couldn't be a positive review.

Don’t get takeout from them. It took an hour to get our food. Then they charge 21.99 for the shrimp platter., which included eight shrimp, fries & hush puppies. Hmm, they forgot our hush puppies, seriously. This was our first and last time visiting this establishment dissatisfied customer. ?

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT EAT HERESeafood (crabs small and over priced)I saw 2 cooks come back from smoke break and did not wash hands.SAW THEM SELL SOMEONES OLD ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE AFTER FOOD HAD BEEN SITTING OUT.Rodents left in traps.I’m reporting them to the health department!
Best fried fish in the whole St. Charles area! I have purchased fish here since 2008. Capt. Joe and his wife are super friendly. They would even bring food out to my car when I was sick and could not make it into the restaurant. Good people, good food, excellent place!

This place say they sell Jumbo crabs, don’t waste your money. You will get regular crabs for jumbo money. Scammers, liars and Rude. We should stop supporting these people that don’t know the meaning of customer service.

I really had a taste for a whiting fish sandwich today I stopped here since I was in the area and unfortunately it was not cooked hard enough and had a slight fishy smell to it oh and they gave me white bread, so what’s the lesson here, ask for what you want and no guarantee you won’t be disappointed but it’s better than assuming they’ll get it right on their own?
