I took a break from Cava for about 8 months because the last couple of times I went, I was disappointed. I decided to give them another go this past weekend, and BOY was that a horrible idea!!!!!!!!! Tore my stomach ALL the way UP and I only ate half of my greens+grains bowl. No more Cava for me.

Food is great but they don’t answer the phone. when I want to call for an online order to warn them about an allergy they never pick up so I can’t order online - can’t run the risk of my food being contaminated.

I really enjoy coming to this Cava! Whenever Yensi is working she always makes my day better with her smile and customer service. I really like the customer service I receive at this location by Yensi and the staff. I recommend Cava at Waldorf and if you haven’t been there yet. Go check them out!Parking: I love coming to cava there are always free spaces when I come to cava.

This is my third time coming to Cava and it doesn’t disappoint me and my family. As I enter the door i was welcomed by Yensi and let me tell you she is a great worker with a really nice and contagious personality. She always takes care of me even when I don’t know what I want. I really enjoy coming to this cava and get a great customer service by Yensi. I definitely recommend this location.

Omg !! When i tell you all these reviews are on the SAME person that I'm about to speak on !CAVA ! Please re-evaluate the person that you have working for your business . I'm very new to Cava and the past 2 months I have been addicted . When I tell you from the first experience I should have stopped going . The lady that took my order the very first time and that is always there is so freaking RUDE and VERY unwelcoming . Me and my coworker always go for lunch when we're on that side of town and we was asking what was on the sauces or meats etc.. . Very unhelpful and just dont care . I have not visit any-other Cavas because I feel as though this specific location just throws off the experience and just not want to be bothered . Yensi babygirl you need to check your attitude at the door , if you dont like your job get a new one ! Anyways I had went Mezeh since Cava customer service was trash . My experience at Mezeh was nothing short of amazing ! Very welcoming , kind patience , helpful and really wants to work ! So from here-forth I will not be telling anyone to visit this particular Cava or any at all due to bad customer service and filling unwanted . Then on too of that $20 a bowl and its not even half a bowl then when you ask for extra is a problem and you snapping your neck Yensi ?! Like this lady acts as if the restaurant feeds of her or something ! Cava look into your staff please ! No one is going to take there hard earn money and send it somewhere like this !

The food was good but the service was terrible! The entire staff was very rude! This was my first time experiencing the menu so I had questions, the young lady assisting me was rude, snappish, agitated,& very short with me! She slapped my food in the bowl like I was an animal. The cashier was very rude as well and when I asked a question about the dressing she said “read it” with a nasty tone! I just has questions especially with this being my first time but they made me feel very belittled!Customer service was horrible here!!

great food. if you are trying to eat healthy and still want great tasting food this is the spot. Here in waldorf the service is a little slower than the other cavas I have been to in Northern Virginia but the portions are on point.
