Horrible service, food and service. Order was totally wrong. Employees not friendly and cashier didn't understand English!! Place dirty! Highly recommend no goes there!!

Make sure to check your food before you leave. Ordered a chicken Philly with everything. Got home and it was nothing on the sandwich but chicken and cheese. Called the store 6 times and received no answer. Mind you all staff was just standing around with nothing really to do so the fact that no one answered the phone is crazy to me. Smh

Food is decent but they are severely LACKING in the customer service area. Brenda needs to go through orientation again.

The food was j7st horrible. I ordered the philly steak no greenpepoers, and Xtra cheese. The steak tasted bland, no salt, and the lettuce was turning brown. Not to mention the sandwich just fell apart. I also ordered cheese fries the cheese was also bland and left after taste in my mouth. The best thing I ordered was the strawberry lemonade. I will never visit this location ever again.

I eat here occasionally, while the food is good. The customer service from the cashiers is definitely lacking. No real greetings, no how are you, no nothing. It can be disappointing when you ask someone how they are and they don’t ask the same so you have to tell them how you are.

The young black women cashier has a nasty attitude and needs some customer service training she lucky I didn't see her name tag. But other than that the food is good.

Visited on Mother's Day. I received a text about a special but didn't see it on the board. I asked the cashier if there was a special and she nastly responded I don't know. I said well you work here I thought you would know. They messed up my order and I had to return it. I had paid for extra meat and cheese which I didn't receive.

When she added the extra cheese they just just added 4 slices on the meat and gave it back to me. When I asked for it to be melted she rolled her eyes and put it under a machine that flames come out of and the paper caught on fire. She tried to blow it out and went to the back then she returned to make me another sandwich. When I asked for her name and the cashier's name the cashier provided her name angrily but the worker wouldn't. She said you don't need my name and why do you need my name. I said because you two were rude. She said I wasn't rude and I am not giving you my name and you don't need to know my name. I said fine. It's not like your boss doesn't know who worked today. I have been there numerous times and normally it's gentleman who works the cash register. He's always pleasant and greets me with a smile. The two young ladies who worked Mother's Day DEFINITELY need more training on customer service. They acted like they were mad because they had to work.
Worst experience dealing with them.

Came in for the first time at this location to get some food after a long day of work, first impression not professional enough, whole group was gathered around a circle and I didn’t know where to place the order. When I was waiting for my order I sat down to wait for my order in front of the registers apparently this lady in the picture called my number but I couldn’t here it because of all the background music and noise the workers had, her response was to throw my food in the table, not placed it but TROW the food didn’t bother to apologize even after the teammates acknowledge what she did was wrong and asked not to do that again. I would definitely not recommend this location with this kind of employee’s.

Disappointed. Plain fries instead of cheesy fries I ordered. No answer on the phone when I called to discuss it.
