I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I placed an order tonight for food with a location that listed their closing hours of 8:30pm. However, when my fiancé arrived at 8 he was told that although my order was placed at 7:54 they had already closed and wouldn’t make the order they also refused to cancel the order stating we would need to cancel it. When my fiancé questioned the drastic difference in business hours they started to mostly speak Spanish and pretend they didn’t understand. When trying to cancel the order the only resource is to call the store we ordered from. However the phone line goes straight to busy and does not work. I also tried calling multiple nearby stores for the corporate phone number and was turned away stating they didn’t have it or they were out of service. I am appalled at the serious lack of customer support. I will now have to go in person to try and cancel this order and hope the staff is kinder to me than they were to my fiancé. I used to love Charley’s and this makes me never want to dine here again. Beyond frustrating.

The food is always good bc it’s a franchise. The thing I hate most about this place is the unenthusiastic, ignorant, customer service lacking young lady at the register. First contact is always the most important.

Google says open at 10 30 but when I went in they let me stand at the counter for about 10 minutes then told me 11. But other then that usually really good service

Very disappointed that after spending the time navigating the Online App then clicking on "place order" only to receive a message saying I could not order online at this location. The food is always good at the same time seems way over priced for what you get.

Charley’s is my go to spot, because they never disappoint! Whether ordering on Door Dash or ordering in-person, they don’t miss! Great quality food, always hot and fresh. My food is always picture perfect!

I patronized this establishment once a week for the last month or so. Today my order was wrong. I asked for the chicken cheese steak. This is all I order. When I returned it; the manager (claim his name is Tiger) gave me a lecture about what I should have said, might have said and the next time I order, do this, that, etc. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE AFRICAN AMERICANS THAT SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND SPANISH. HOW DARE YOU?!? YOUR TONE WAS CONDESCENDING AND DEROGATORY WHICH IS WHY YOUR CUSTOMER SEVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! WHO TRAINED YOU TO TALK TO ANYONE IN THIS MANNER???? I WILL NOT STOP INFORMING THE PUBLIC, MALL MANAGEMENT (SIMON PROPERTY) AND CORPORATE UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN TERMINATED!

I’ve tried reaching out to Charley’s Steakhouse corporate office about an incident on Friday 2/17/23. The person I finally reached at the corporate office promised to call back but never did. So, here it is. I placed a mobile order for the 11110 Mall Circle at St. Charles Town Center. I actually ordered at the wrong location and when I realized my mistake I was concerned. In 2019 the news had did a report about roach and rodent infestation at this food court and I hadn’t been back since. I proceeded and gave the employee my name for my order. She gave me a bag with my name on it. When I got to my car and looked it was the wrong order. I went back to the food court and gave them the bag and asked for the correct order. The manager was totally rude and disrespectful. He said “where’s the receipt”? I didn’t have it, I thought it was in the bag so I showed the receipt on my phone. The manger yelled if I didn’t have the paper receipt there’s nothing he could do. He wouldn’t fix my order and he turned and walked away. I went to the car and found my receipt, returned to the counter and asked for a refund. The guy at the register went back to the manager and came back. He said, “here’s the deal, I can make you another sandwich but I can’t refund your money”. Unbelievable!!! No way was I eating there now. I declined the food. So, no food and no money ($12.08). I’m going through my bank to refund. THIS IS THE WORST food place EVER! Charley’s should be ashamed and this franchise and its employees are the worst. They don’t ever have to worry about me spending my money in any of their establishments. DONE!

Ordered a reg chicken Philly steak got a nasty overcooked sandwich. When i asked for extra Mayo to make this eatable was told i had to pay an additional .50 cents after I just made a purchase of $11.21. They lost a customer today for life !

I wish l realized what location I was ordering from. They gave us the wrong topping on our wings. I tried to call and tell the management about this. The voicemail is full and no one would answer the phone. I'm calling their corporate office on Monday. This is BEYOND the worst. I took pictures to prove what l am saying
