I placed an online order and ordered extra cheese and it was practically laying on the paper, I won't order from there again. Very disappointing. They also did not follow order notes. I wish I could post pictures.

The wings were the worse I've ever had in life. The bacon Chipotle chicken, I'm still waiting for the Chipotle to show up. Lemon pepper wings we bland as a sheet of notebook paper. The teriyaki wings were just flat out nasty. Don't waste your money here....... the food is terrible!!!!!!!
Not good at all sandwich ? was oily prices was totally different from branch ave the bathroom was dirty couldn't help with app. I wouldn't not be going back

This is the 3rd time I’ve posted my review and pre ious times it was deleted! The service was good but when my order was wrong… the manager “Tiger” so he said was rude, belligerent and displayed racial undertones! DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!!!
My family enjoyed our subs. The customer service was great even though we arrived somewhat late(r) that night. Unfortunately they don't stamp the card for the free subs that I received from the mall. That was one of the reasons why I came since I was ordering subs for my family. That's the only reason why I took off 1 star for service.
Kid-friendliness: 6" subs are an ideal size for kids

Charleys quality is absolutely terrible now. As soon as they opened up stores the food just doesn't taste as good as when they use to only be in malls.
Place is always clean and the staff pleasant.Our food is always super fresh! I appreciate the fresh vegetables that are used... It's not an after thought like most fast food places.
