The chicken is almost always good. The plantains were burned black again. This is the 3rd time. Why doesn't a supervisor turn the cooker temperature or the timer down to prevent cremated plantains?!!! Who likes black plantains? Chicken Rico is slipping. I'm beginning to question one of my favorite stops.🤔
Food is pretty good, but the customer service is questionable. Just go and grab your food, keep your order simple, and you’ll be fine. Anything extra or if you ask questions or have a special request, there may be issues.
Bomb chicken and mash potatoes the veggies are basic and no seasoning the staff was super nice and the restaurant was clean. It was a Tuesday so it was not to crowded. We got a family meal it was about 50/60.00
