My last 4 orders from this location was wrong, missing meats, someone else's order, or ordered double portions to only get maybe, MAYBE a half. The management refused to refund or make another one properly. Just took it and add 3-7 pieces of meat on top and gave it back to me after I picked it up got home and had to turn around and go back. Literally my last 4 orders in a row. Door dash did reimburse me on their behalf the last time. I highly recommend that you shut this business down. The employees are rude. Management is even more rude. Most of the staff seems to be unable to read English let alone speak it which is an issue in a customer service associated business in America. The company is charging all this money for mediocre food. BOYCOTT this location until they get some proper management who will run a business right and will conduct proper quality control. My family and I along with a whole lot of other people in the area apparently will no longer be supporting this establishment. No, I will not give you further details. Countless people have told you the same thing based on your reviews for YEARS, And yet you've done nothing. Absolutely NOTHING. You've ACTUALLY gotten worse. Time for you to shut down and let another business come in who will provide better quality food and much better customer service.
I also read your business overall stock has taken a dive 9% since February. That is saying something. You can blame it on whatever you want, The economy, the holidays or whatever. That has nothing to do with it. Your food has become trash your service has become even worse than trash your management is substandard at best. I'm done with you.
A Spanish lady with glasses, not sure if she is a supervisor trying to charge me a full price of a veggie plate, when there was not avocado. You can’t charge a full price when the main item which you charge almost $3.00 for a little bit is not in the plate. I had order this plate before (rices, bean, & tomatoes) and they charge you the price of only the items you have on your plate .
They need to understand common sense.
