The staff are extremely great. Very attentive to details.
Clean , fun environment for kids
Not enough workers to take care of the many positions there are. No floor people, no helpers.
Also the salad bar isnt as fresh as their sign says. I have been both prep and cook, and am a cake Decorater. The green peppers on the salad bar were so slimy, so not made fresh daily.
Saw no manager on the floor. It started getting very crowded as the day went on.
Definitely need more people to be able to do the things needed.
Young lady on the trampoline side was amazing with the Lil kids. She interacted wonderfully. Props to her. Chucky Cheese made an entrance to the parties side. Not on the non party side. My granddaughter wanted to talk to him, but was ignored.
I do like there is more for the kids to do, but as it got later in the day older kids started coming in, and the games were taken over.
My granddaughter did have allot of fun.
Handling a birthday party for a 2 year old is stressful enough but I come to find Tables were filthy , staff was unkind and not helpful what so ever, didn’t communicate just kept walking away from me when I talked to them, lines were long for no reason, and more. The staff made my sons 1st time at chuck e cheese the most stressful when some simple kindness and compassion could’ve went a long way. Never coming back here again. ……ever !
Plus the pizza is overpriced , the wings came burnt and rock hard, breadsticks were super dry, fries tasted stale and freezer burned, the best tasting food they had there was the cotton candy.
We had an amazing time as always
Fun time with the grands
Staff was very helpful. The children had a great time. Wonderful children's party. They do a wonderful job with kid's birthday parties. Food was a little pricey. $3.99 for a small plate of fries is too much. I guess pizzas were standard prices.
Great location my daughter loves it!
Location has definitely done downhill with the nit picking and extra charges for every little thing. I come to this location often but will go out to Alexandria. New fees and staff that don’t really care to help. My son lost his card and they literally told me I’d have to purchase another one and would not replace it. And I’m a lenders holder so the only data for the cards is on the receipt that they gave me. Spent over 100 on this visit and they wouldn’t even give me wristbands unless I paid $2 which they’ve never done before because I was told it comes with my membership
I’m a membership holder and I frequent Chuck E. Cheese weekly between Waldorf and Alexandria. I’ve held my membership for 7 months and today the Waldorf location have nickled and dimmed me so much that I’m ready to cancel my membership. The wristbands usually come with the cards now they are charging 2 dollars for the wristband. Not expensive but why???? This has never happened before. My son lost his card and they tell me they can’t assist and I’d have to purchase more vs just giving me a replacement… I spend about 100 per visit because I have five littles and it just def left a bad taste in my mouth. Extra fees and not being able to resolve the issue of a lost card other than buy more. If I keep the membership I’ll go to the Alexandria location.
