I had a disappointing experience at this Chuck E. Cheese location. The employee named Kiyah was very short and rude during my visit. She didn’t greet me when I walked up, and when I asked about the available deals, she gave little to no explanation. Customer service makes a big difference, especially in a family-oriented place like this, and this interaction really stood out in a negative way.

This location is fairly clean and saff is friendly. We honestly have only visted a handful of times in the last year. It is a 40 min drive from us. I find it worth the occasional drive. My 7, 3 and 1 year old all enjoy it. We haven't had food here so I cannot speak about that.

The young girl made me feel uncomfortable. It was like speaking to the wall with her. No smile, hellos or thank yous. No hospitality from most of the staff. Just feel like drones working. The lady handling the birthday section was rushing everyone out. Just a weird experience. The kids have fun though and the mouse came out so there's that.

Currently still in the establishment at 8:51 pm waiting on food ordered at 8:02 pm they close in 9 minutes and they just let us know the order isnt made or even in the process of being made I’m not sure if you all are understaffed or what but it’s ridiculous to have such slow/nonservice when it comes to to hungry children most likely will not be returning to this location.

Picked up a food order today. Walked to the pick up window and there was nobody in the kitchen. I waited for a few minutes and still nobody showed up. I walked back up to the manager and she gave me a weird look like I was bothering her. Did not greet me or anything. I stated I had an order and she asked me “Did you yell hey or something so they can hear you?” in a rude tone. I shouldn’t have to do that, but I’m giving 1 star because of her poor service. Out of all the places to be rude you want to be rude at a Chuck E Cheese.

Attended my great nephew's 3rd birthday. I liked the interactive mat, tables near the front, & bouncy area. Boneless chicken was tasty, too.

Games aren't overly expensive but there's really not a lot in there.. 30 minutes and you've seen and done it all probably twice. Games really tough on tickets, my daughter was able to get a lollipop and a plastic thing after like 40 dollars worth of game play. It was also packed, ungodly packed. Multiple birthday parties happening and it's just not built for volume because it's small.

Brought my two sons, 4 and 6 here on a Sunday afternoon and they had a blast for over 3 hours! Staff was friendly and helpful, facility was clean, games were fun and all functional, food was good, and the new game card/credit system is a great value. Highly recommend!

I have been to several of these around the country and this one was actually very cool. On a Sunday or was more crowded than expected, however, the staff was very kind and helpful. I had 2 issues while I was there and was helped immediately with consideration. The salad bar was super fresh, and the pizza, as usual, was delicious. I love the pizza there lol. This location will definitely see me and my little cousin again!!!

Kids had a great time, but we were stunned that upon exiting, the procedure was not followed and nobody checked us out. So, if you go here, keep a close eye on your kids so they don't go missing.

The staff and food were great! My only complaint was how packed it got. We admittedly went on Saturday (probably the busiest day of the week) and all tables were reserved for birthdays, leading to the place being packed. Even with it being packed, the staff was awesome and the kids had a blast.
