The staff and food were great! My only complaint was how packed it got. We admittedly went on Saturday (probably the busiest day of the week) and all tables were reserved for birthdays, leading to the place being packed. Even with it being packed, the staff was awesome and the kids had a blast.

My granddaughter had a fabulous birthday at Chuck E. Cheese on Sunday. The staff was wonderful . The kids were extremely excited and the staff with Chuck E. Made it a memorable day. The food was kid approved by their standards. The two hours time limit was more than enough in and out by adult standard.

I couldn’t be happier with choosing this venue for my son’s 7th birthday party! The customer service was exceptional, especially the manager on duty on 11/9/2024 from 10 AM to 12 PM. She went above and beyond, being both friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our entire experience. I rarely write reviews, but her dedication and positive attitude truly stood out. The newly added trampoline park and upgraded games were a huge hit, enhancing the overall fun for everyone. My son and his friends had an unforgettable time! Thank you for making his birthday so special!

This is a great family and friendly environment because of the staff. The staff tries to keep the bathrooms and over facility clean. Almost everyone employee was smiling as they great everyone coming into facility.
I believe there were no games broken, when my family and I attended in September and/or October. The game we clean fairly often and employee would even play games to check to see that they worked. They even had a bouncy area for little kids. However, if you wanted to access to the area. There would be a separate charge and you had to purchase socket to have your kids to access.
We order three pizzas which were ready in less than 10 minutes. The pizza was hot and easy to pull apart. The ice cream was extremely affordable and not bad. The candy was not hard and/or old. My kids and others, at Chuck E Cheese really enjoyed the prizes; they were able to win.
