There are Spanish ladies only and one Caucasian guy he's pretty nice but the Spanish ladies are rude as hell, if you don't like your job find another one, they went from throwing pans, to messing up orders, to saying the system was down and if anyone clicked on the link then it's not their business. Cinnabon was cold when I asked for another one the lady smacked her lips and said I would have to wait 10 minutes. Just rude for no reason what so ever and a lot of customers walked away hearing the Spanish lady yelling at an elderly lady. First and definitely my last time there, I can spend money elsewhere, I hate terrible customer service.

I placed an order online for 16 mini rolls. Ended up receiving 4. I know this isn't an issue with doordash because the receipt on the bag STILL says 16ct. I was able to get a refund, but come on. This mistake was just plain negligence.
The other times I ordered in person, the service was kind of awkward. They'd just stare, take my order, and not say a word. I don't expect a peppy greeting from every worker all the time. That's not realistic. Even a hello or hi is good. The one good thing about this place is that it's easily accessible in the mall.

This location is never open at the times it’s stated online. The service is less than desirable. The food has gone down hill and even when ordering online after purchasing additional icing cups they’re never given and I’m forced to request for a refused EVERYTIME. I was just in the mall 5 minutes ago and how does it say closing at 9 but at 815 nobody is behind the counter?! They closed early!!!

This is the worst location to buy from. The cinnamon rolls are always dry and hard with barely no icing. I thought I’d give it another try today… I should’ve saved my money. I’ve been to other locations and had way better.

The older lady working on ThursdayJanuary 4th at 1pm was the RUDEST person I have ever encountered at any fast food restaurant! I asked for my order from the app and gave the specific name, and she asks to see it on my phone, so I showed her. She gave me a hard time getting my order and it was missing items. The extra frosting I paid for. She proceeded to say I did not pay even though the reciept she printed showed extra frosting. She damn near THREW the frosting at me. Then there was no knife or fork so I tried to get the utensils when she snactched them away saying they were in my bag. I showed her the bag WITHOUT utensils & was finally able to get some. What a poor display by what looked to be management!

Their parent company (Focus Brands, LLC) could care less about customer service because I have yet to hear from them, or at a minimum, this location as it relates to my complaint.The other subsidiaries of Focus Brands, LLC are Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Jamba, McAlister's, Moe's, and Schlotzsky's. As customers, let's put them all out of business to show our power against companies who don't treat us with respect!

Good afternoon, I went to Cinnabon on Sunday and ordered a pecan roll, the guy got the order wrong which I noticed when I got home, went back on the 7th and explained to the manager who then decided to curse at me about the order with the employees present who admitted to getting the order wrong, she was Nasty, rude and very unprofessional and then tried to charge me again for the order they got wrong, sue belittled me in front of customers and threw the food at me all while everyone wayched in discuss as she treated me like a piece of trash. She was the most unprofessional manager of a store I have ever seen, the fact that she is a manager is astounding with her attitude, she was not for the customer and more for being as mean and nasty as she could be. I would never hire someone like her ever and I have worked in customer service for years, I felt like a dog being beat by someone because of her actions and demeanor towards me. Never again would I recommend any of your stores with managers like her arguing with evey customer when they mess an order up. Her name was Monica. She needs to be trained and or fired for her actions.

So imagine your Cinnabon without the lines of extra icing that was added, that’s how they gave it to me I went back to ask if they could fix it and add more icing and she says they are all the same and she would have to charge me .70 to add more….the others were completely covered, as you can see if I was to do a 360 this is dry as heck and was barley any icing on it! Why make a big deal with me for something I purchasing from you guys that should be done right
