I went here two times now. Their founder's favorite signature creation is the best. After the first time I tasted it, I've been craving for it. There are a lot of people still buying ice cream despite it's currently winter. I tipped the guy patiently and singlehandedly taking orders. Will come again to try the other ice cream

I visited your store location today, Waldorf Maryland, August 14, 2025, between the hours of 1:30 - 2:00. I purchased a Gotta Have cup of ice cream and went straight home and after I opened up ready to eat it was a very long string of hair on top of my ice cream. I only saw one person working the floor. She was very nice, but males or females with long hair should wear hair nets. Thank you.

The store was very clean and the staff were pleasant. My concern is that it smelled of strong chemicals and soon as I walked in. And the waffle cones were being made but they are left out basically on a shelf which allows dust, smells and chemicals to leach into them when sitting. I think changing your cleaning solution to something more natural or less odorless would be better and have a closed contained shelf for the waffle cones would be appreciated.
