Israel our was kind and took the time to make sure we were ok and she was very attentive and helpful to make sure we had a great meal.

Got her at 1030 am the host says 15 minutes. Over 45 minutes later everyone who came in after us got seated ask for manager. She comes and sit us but people who came after us gets to eat before us

Everything tasted like ham. I don’t eat pork, but the spicy chicken sausages and regular sausage all tasted like nothing but ham. My scrambled eggs were wet. Pancakes had the crispy edges but normally the center is fluffy, not this time around. Our server was good until we asked to order one extra item but she looked annoyed. We noticed others got corn muffins with their meals but we didn’t. Even visiting in SC we got corn muffins without having to ask.

Half my order was missing as usual!! Probably won't be going back

Went to cracker barrel today with my aunt and my daughter a little crowded but it’s Sunday and right after church had a wonderful hostess name Israel. She was great very fast at tentative and took care of us very well. Kudos Israel.

The wife and I will be coming back just to see our girl Israel again! Someone please promote this lady!!

Went to the neighborhood waldorf Cracker Barrel on Saturday May 17th and had the most amazing experience. From the hostess immediately seating my party of 2 to the server Israel for her excellent customer service and warm personality. I must say after visiting this location I will definitely come back again. The food was phenomenal the sweet tea was jammin' and the silverware were clean. Kudos Cracker Barrel in Waldorf for such a great dinning experience. Israel is definitely a star and pleasure to have met.

Just wanted to show love to Israel, she really gave us top tier service. The last time we were here it was a horrible experience and we were on our way to never come again. But, we decided to give it one more chance and she blew us away with excellent customer service and attentiveness to details with our order, despite having multiple tables. Thanks again and we will be requesting your section next time.

Ms Sharon Butler is a delight and a joy to work with and a joy as our server and makes the experience the best we come twice a week

Ms. Israel, our waitress was so sweet and attentive. She was patient with my mom while ordering and made sure we were taken care of. My food was delicious, as usual.

Had a wonderful breakfast! Etienne was an amazing waiter. The food was delicious.
