As a parent of an autistic child, and having autism myself this company doesn't seem to like to deal with the special needs population. Terrible company with terrible values that I hope can't recover from the bad press. no need for a company like this in this world.

Rudest employees & dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen

They hate disabled kids. Places like this shouldn’t exist.

Shame shame on you! The behavior of your employees towards those students with special needs and their teachers were disgusting and deplorable!!!! I hope you go out of business.

SHAME ON YOU! As a mother of an Autistic son, it will be a long cold day in hell before our family ever sets foot in any of your restaurants! What your employee's did to that group of Special Needs Students and thier Teachers is absolutely inexcusable. This had NOTHING to do with "staffing" but nice try. Shame on your staff!

Horrible management at the Waldorf MD location. Should be ashamed of themselves for treating special needs children badly.

Violating the ADA by not wanting to serve disabled children is disgraceful behavior! I do not recommend this place! Everyone working that day should be ashamed of themselves and should be fired!

This location was a preapproved spot for outings for a group of disabled children but the GM chose to refuse service. My daughter is autistic, so I guess we're not welcome here either.🤬 **Will post evidence in review comments**

The holiday meal pick up was awesome. and well organized. The 2 ladies who helped me with my order were very pleasant and practiced great customer service skills. 👍🏾

This was my 3rd Thanksgiving to use this location and it was the WORST this year! They didn’t have all of my order - pies weren’t ready.

The dressing was terrible!! The celery was in huge chunks and the dressing was was dry. I love their dressing normally:/. The sweet potatoes were bad too. Very liquidy on top, a few nuts and I don’t know—- not edible. The country green beans were super plain- not seasoned correctly.

The turkey was ok- and the rolls.

I was super embarrassed to have served this meal on Thanksgiving.

Don’t order for the holidays, you will not be happy.

VERY disappointing experience. We hadn't visited cracker barrel in a while, but we always had a good experience and we're looking forward to eating breakfast there. When we arrived the restaurant was only half full. When we were seated and receive a menu, the menu only had one egg option. We were hoping to order omelets, breakfast food, etc. It to ok 45 minutes for us to receive our meal, we received cornbread before the meal came, and it tasted like cardboard. It have absolutely no taste at all. The biscuits were pretty good. I've included pictures of what the food look like. My egg whites were dry and sparse and others ordered cheese grits, but the cheese wasn't added to the grits. So when they added the cheese to the grits they didn't melt because grits weren't hot enough. This experience was not the fault of our waitress who is very nice and professional. We visited the day before Thanksgiving and we're told we were waiting so long because takeout orders were the priority, not the customers who were sitting in the restaurant. Therefore, we don't plan to return to dine at Cracker Barrel at all!
