Went here with my family. Everything was amazing from the food to the drinks. The only thing I didn't like was the music!
Update! The last two times we have gone here, we waited more than 20 minutes to be greeted by a member of the wait staff after being seated,. The last time we went I actually went to the host stand and asked if our waiter was even aware we were seated. We ordered some drinks from the bar. My margarita was so terrible i took it back to the bar, told the bartender the problem, she rolled her eyes and just added more mix to the top instead of remaking it. My daughter and i have worked in the restaurant industry and have never experienced it provided such terrible service.
The food is really good, but the entire staff is terrible!

I had a terrible experience.....worst place in Waldorf.....I just came from there...I brought some elderly people there from a senior citizen community...the waitress to the hosts had terrible attitudes......hardly helped us out...it was a horrible experience.....hosts behind the counter eating instead of helping us out....waiter at the bar playing with her friends instead of helping us....it was a horrible experience đ

Classic Seafood Spot. Looked like most ppl get the boil. My people did. Nice pricepoint and portions. Sorry I didn't get pictures of the food, but it was great, with leftovers. Our server was definitely lacking on table checks but she was polite. The atmosphere is clearly made for the night life. There's literally a movie theater screen inside. đ€Ł Perfect for Sporting Event nights. Nightclub vibes for sure. Great for families during the daylight hours though.

For starters food was great but hereâs the main issues first poor waiter server took to long to receive drinks drinks actually came after food arrived and food was wrong then food and drinks took 45 minutes to arrive no water was given bartender was talking to her friends at bar and forgot about her table obligations very upset came in for date night and left very unsatisfied if it wasnât for the host not only taking our order and serving it we wouldâve left

Was a part of a dinner party that made reservations a week ago and they assigned one server for 40 people. I took 1 hour just to get flat drinks, what type of management does this. Other employees were just sitting at tables talking. First and last time.

TERRIBLE! Walked in to sit at a bar where stools were and it there was no bartender in site for 10 minutes. After that time the bartender walks up says hello and proceeds to say âthese not bar seatsââin a very AGGRESSIVE tone and as I continued to ask âwell what are they?â She still aggressively stated âthey ainât bar seatsâ and of course my wife and I continued to ask why she so aggressive and left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and we also reported to manager as well right then and there but he didnât say much to reassure us or make us feel like our voice was heard.

We tried the Crafty Crab in Panama City, Florida and it was smaller than the one in Waldorf which was quite big with a bar and a HUGE tv.

While I was eating here with my young son, multiple employees got in a heated argument immediately behind our table, and they were screaming and using incredibly obscene language. The incident stretched on and lasted 5-10 minutes. I looked for a manager or someone to speak to but couldnât find one. I am used to a pretty casual dining experience at this type of restaurant but even I was shocked at their behavior.

If I could give this place 0 starts i absolutely would. Iâve been here twice & both times were not pleasant. The service is atrocious, they canât even offer bare minimum quality service towards their customers. Employees just have a bad attitude and are nonchalant. Most recently on November 11, 2024 one of their employees stole my belongings that was accidentally left. I had to track them down the next day. Luckily I had the exact location in my iPhone where the AirPods were which brought to the home they live. In which a neighbor confirmed that Crafty Crab employees live there. To no avail they were still not trying to give them back. Eventually hours later I received a call from their manager that made them return them just to give the excuse that âthey took the wrong onesâ. Iâd recommend corporate to investigate & terminate this thief!

Iâve come to this particular location several times but after yesterdayâs encounter I wonât be back. I ordered food for myself and my son as well as a margarita. Trying to get him settled and he knocked over my drink as soon as I got it and they refused to replace it which I thought was tacky and tasteless because accidents happen. What really made me upset was the fact that the drink was spilled all over the table and the floor and our waiter just sat the other drinks/ food down and walked away without saying anything or offering to help. She did go alert for someone to clean it up but she didnât communicate that with us and I thought it was pretty rude to see a drink spill on someone and just walk away. I still tipped accordingly but the service is always slow and mediocre at this location anyways so will stick to the Virginia location:

You typical Seafood Boil spot...with a nice size bar, space for large groups, music and huge viewing screens and TVs
Parking: Free parking but small area...may need to park at shopping center or burger King...a few more steps to walk but plentiful.
