Crown Fried Chicken & Waffle House

Chicken was extremely bland. I have had oxygen with more flavor! The waffle was very undercooked and gooey-like….. This was not enjoyable at all. The customer service was and bland as the food and the building. I would never recommend this to anyone!

Don’t eat here ever!!!! They don’t keep food stocked or fresh!!! Stop supporting places that don’t value the food they serve and more importantly the customers.

First time going here because I heard so much about it. All my food got home to find out my chicken was missing now I had to go back while the rest of my food to get my chicken. This is crazy never again.

Crown chicken is more like joker chicken and the customer service was weird came in to pick up an online order and the lady that was working there didn’t tell me if she was getting my food or if it was ready, just slowly moved into bagging people's orders and then when she did give me my order got the order wrong gave me chicken wings and waffles instead of tenders and waffles also greens and macaroni had a very salty twangy taste pretty much unedible short story short will not be coming to this trash establishment again Do yourself a favor and save your money ‼️??‍♀️?

On Saturday, June 29, 2024, I spent $40.24 for 15 flat wings and 3 mac and cheese. Was told the wait was 8 minutes so I went to my car. The lady was nice enough to bring my order to my car. BUT, found out after I got home, there was NO max and cheese. And, the number on the site don’t work.

Family group stopped here maybe 25 of us. Front counter staff was very rude and the young lady even became argumentative at one point. This was very bad customer serive on their part. She was more worried about rushing the line rather than order accuracy or trying to be bias for action and uphold exemplary customer service. I was disappointed

This was my 1st time ordering from this place through door dash. Although the chicken and waffles were good, the mac and cheese must be a hit or miss because I received burnt mac and cheese and we were charged $4 for an orange soda (hoping it was a 2 liter) and they gave us welches orange pineapple juice. So disappointed that one would pay for food and they can't get the entire order right.

Visited store on Thursday 6/13/24 @ 4:10 pm & ordered a 9 piece w/side of Cole slaw service was ok BUT the chicken breast were dried out hard & were not edible and one drumstick was spoiled & you could smell it was rotten. Tried to call the store to alert them to to the fact they were selling spoiled chicken but no one would answer the phone.
Went there 2 weeks ago and everything was delicious. We won't be going back

I have being to the crown chicken & waffles twice and both times the chicken was awful, chicken was dried out so hard that not even my dog would eat it. The chicken legs looks like a tree root not edible. I made a complaint to them after the first trip, but the second trip the chicken was worse. Will not and would not recommend.

I heard this place was good. I got the four piece chicken wings meal. I initially thought it would be good, I got four wings, macaroni and cheese and collard greens. Macaroni cheese was the best part of the meal, greens just ok and fried chicken didn’t have much flavor, but it had crunch, but no flavor. The person that was working the register was sitting in the lobby on her phone when I walked in. This establishment is just OK.

Slow. There is no organization. Online orders, call-in orders, or come in orders, everyone waits. Too many feathers on the wings.

The Fish was hot an fresh Macaroni an cheese Delicous an turnip greens as well couldnt wait to get hot ate on the way back 45 min drive. IVE GOT THE ITOUS time for a Nap.

Update 04-19-24: I've lowered my rating from 4 stars from 3 years ago, to one star. I can no longer recommend this place. Ever since new ownership has taken over, this place has gone downhill fast. From sour waffles, to very old chicken being served, I would avoid this place. The last time I went the place smelled like old grease.Do not eat food from here.
