My wife and I split 2 sliders and fries. The food was very good and served the way I asked. The young woman behind the counter was very helpful as this was our first visit. I asked for hot and to be sure it was hot! Glad I didn't sign the waiver for the extreme hot. The restroom was clean. The seating area looked clean although dark. My only negative, which can't be helped was the smell of skunk coming from the person in front of me.

Hey guys my experience a your establishment was sub par … there was only 3 people scheduled during a rush period so the food took long to get out . EVERY SINGLE TABLE AND CHAIR HAD SAUCE ON IT OR WAS DIRTY SO I DIDNT WANT TO SIT DOWN .i barely got any customers service. Come on guys this is how y’all bring in the New Year ?!! Y’all are better than this ..whoever was in the kitchen wasn’t prepared to WORK ! Get your heads in the game . Or at least have a clean establishment. I was the only one there at first for 30 mins waiting on sliders and fries . I’m coming back because the food is good . But don’t bring in 2026 like this . Take care

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Dave's Hot chicken. I placed an order online 20 mins ahead and arrived and had to wait an additional 15 mins. The food was fresh and delicious, worth the wait. The 1st time my ordered was completed on time, this time around it seemed like the staff had just started working on my order when I arrived. The staff was a bit disorganized today, some miscommunication between the cashiers and cooks. If you are on the fence still give this place a try, just be prepared for a bit of a wait.

I even had to say something to the male manager about how awful that girls service was went sunday morning and won’t be returning to this location ever and will tell others how bad the service was. I believe her name was Jade bro she’s absolutely awful on the register. Incredibly rude and dismissive as we were asking about the menu. Paid 34 bucks but this is the last this location will ever see me. And I HATE leaving reviews!

Finally got the chance to try this spot. Store was bright , clean and the artwork on the walls loved it. Customer service was great. The speed of the food coming out was good. I got the lite mild chicken sandwich with a side of ranch and honey for my chicken and fries, those fries were nice a hot just a little too much seasoning but I did finished them, my drink of choice was the Oreo shake nice thick and creamy. lol that hot seasoning on the tenders left my nephew in tears, and left with hot lips and tongue lol, but shockingly he did finish his food. I will be back for that LITE MILD chicken sandwich lol.
