Domino's Pizza

This location 2215 Crain hwy Waldorf, MD 20601, has nasty disrespectful employees. The manager/ owner Rasheed is very unprofessional and rude. I bought two mediums pizzas and the they both only had two toppings on them and they were very little on each pizza. I ordered chicken and bacon on one and pepperoni and sausage on the other one. They toppings looked old and were very try. The chicken was cut into tiny pieces and didn't even cover every slice of pizza. The bacon was under cooked and looked like they only used one slice. The pepperoni was half on each slice. Sausage was hard and dry and taste horrible. I would never order another pizza from this location or any location after ordering from here. The employee who answered the phone refused to give me his name and the manager was very rude and poor customer service. Telling me that the reason they give small potions on the pizza is because they have to make money. Corporate tells them how much to put on each pizza. That's why I won't order from any Dominos location. Please listen to the reviews on here. I didn't read them first. Everyone is saying basically the same thing about the service and the food. I wished I had read the reviews I could have saved myself money and time and the headache of dealing with rude people. You can tell when a company does not take pride in their customer service or the quality of their food. They don't take the time respond to your concerns or comments when you leave a review. When you call they don't try to satisfy you. Hopefully this place won't be in business too much longer if we don't support rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and low quality businesses. Times are too hard to put up with this horrible business.

While the staff appear to work well together. My family and I order here every Friday or Saturday. We stopped ordering from them for the past couple weeks because the quality was simply getting worse. We would ask for no garlic on thr crust and still get it. But last night we ordered pizza for kids and it look like it had been sitting around all day and it was cold. We called and no one answered. My boyfriend said he would take it back. But we ended up having to grab the kids food from MCD. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE.

This place is unprofessional I ordered hand pan and got stuffed crust and when I called the store 5x they hung up everytime and everytime i asked for a manager the manager was never in store

Last night I came in and was waiting for my food when the manager halo was working super hard all by herself but still reinsuring me that my order is here & it’s going to take 5 minutes till it’s done. Then she saw I didn’t have a coupon and used the weekly carry out for me and it saved me so much money when anyone else would’ve just charged me full price instead of applying a coupon. Her customer service was delightful I cannot wait to come back and see her again hopefully.

Be ware of using your bank card here!! They have some kind of fraud activity going on I swiped my card twice and asked me to swipe again because of a ghost charge which I never heard of they charged my card 49.00 I didn't receive my pizza because the manager and the employee said it didn't come up on their end. Sad sad don't go here swiping your card customer service terrible fraud behavior I asked another Dominones about ghost charge they told me they never heard of this! I have reported them to my bank

Terrible customer service from
Store manager Fidel and driver, Ronnie . As I was placing my Order at 12:15 pm(late order)
online using the app, the app requested I call the number on the link “as I did “ and driver Ronnie is saying “how can I help”
So I as I speak , trying to place my order, he then said to me I’m confused and after a long pause, then hung up on me… Please when this happens JUST inform your customers store is CLOSED. No reason to hang up or be rude to me … just inform your customers the store is closed and that’s the reason the app requested I call the store … Disappointed I order from this store ALL the time. What’s happened to being polite doesn’t take much to inform your customer that the store is close instead of “making them feel silly for calling”
