Looked on line and was allowed to pick delivery based my address for $5. Called the store and was told they don't deliver here. I live 3.9 miles and 9 minutes away?? Chris answered my second call and was helpful and saved me some money, I'm feeling better I get there it's 1 person in the store doing his best. My problem was the food which is what I came for. 3 pizzas pepperoni dry and overcooked, half pepperoni half sausage dry and overcooked, pepperoni and pineapple dry and overcooked. There were literally 3 SMALL pineapple pieces on each slice. I don't know if there wasn't any sauce to spare and the oven wasn't working, but dinner was ruined for the kids. Saving money isn't always better. Won't be back

I order delivery from this store a good amount and never really have any issues with the drivers, but this time when the driver arrived instead of ringing the door bell and leaving the pizza for me to grab he proceeds to call me. Then text me “Domino’s delivery driver please answer your phone” so after I was done doing what I was doing I go to my door and as I was about to open it the driver is turning my doorknob trying to open my door. Thankfully my door was locked. I don’t know what would have made him think that is ok but it’s not, I have a baby in the house and I don’t want complete strangers trying to walk into my house. Train your drivers on how to actually deliver food.

I placed a delivery order for Chicken Alfredo pasta with spinach and received Alfredo pasta with bacon instead and was only offered a free medium pizza for the error which would have been good if I ordered from here on a regular basis but I don't for this reason.

Never ordering from Berry Rd Domino’s again. I ordered the exact same pizza two days in a row, once from a different location and once from this one. The difference in quality was shocking.
The first pizza was amazing, which is why I ordered it again. However, this second pizza was nothing like the first. The toppings I ordered were either barely there. When I brought up my concerns before leaving the store, the employee dismissed me by saying, “That’s just how we do it here,” and insisted the toppings were on the pizza, even though they clearly weren’t visible.
I just finished eating a slice, and I can confirm that the toppings I ordered are not there. I find this not only disappointing but unacceptable. I expect consistency and honesty when ordering from a national chain like Domino’s.

Mr Lewis went above and beyond his service to me and my family today. We were at the pool and a pizza was forgotten and He went back and got the pizza and then we had a problem with the soda that was ordered. He went back and got the soda. What excellent superior Customer service this man gave to us. He is definitely the VIP employee for this Domino’s restaurant in my book. Thank you Lewis!!

Wow, well if room temperature deliveries are your thing then this is the place for you. But that's only if you first put up with the hour wait to get the lukewarm cardboard on cardboard you just prepaid a stupid sum for. But no problem, call to get it fixed because dominoes guarantees it's pizza. We'll not this place, you get the full hang up treatment here.

It's just ridiculous. They have messed up our orders literally every time we've ordered from this location. I don't have a specific count but maybe 10 times now?
I don't blame the poor teens running the joint. They're understaffed and not being trained to properly handle a dinner rush. However we're still no longer ordering from this location.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and after talking over me the young lady put in a hand tossed pizza for us. When I called to let them know there was a mistake she insisted she gave me what I ordered.Twenty minutes later she called back and said they made a mistake and for five dollars more they wold send out a replacement, only to find out they would not because my kids ate some of the pizza! I guess I was supposed to tell my kids not to eat any of it ecause the order was wrong?! Who does that? Ive been patronizing this store since they opened. After the diareapect from the team working the evening of 05/05/25, never again. I will either drive to Bryans Road or go to Papa Johns.

This has to be the poorest run Dominos. Customer service experience is a zero. Placed and order it did not arrive for one hour and forty five minutesand. It was supposed to be deliver in 35. I am so frustrated that I actually tipped while ordering online. I will be filing a formal complaint. Worst part is my food delivered was ice cold.
