Never received our pizza. It’s not like 2 pm on a Sunday afternoon is a super busy time so it’s insane to me that they couldn’t have bothered to take the time to double check that they were delivering to the accurate address.

I'm writing this review because in the last year Domino's service has went from good to bad. Twice I placed an online order for delivery and both times they forgot my soda. While they offered to bring it back they made no attempt to bring it back in a timely manner. Who wants to eat their pizza without their beverage. Normally they return it over an hour later after the pizza has gotten cold. I call the store and the customer service is very nonchalant and like "oh yeah he's going to bring it." I told my family we will no longer continue to waste our money on mediocre pizza and poor customer service (who wants both)?

I ordered online and received pizza that was burnt and not edible and parmesan twists instead of cinnamon twists. I also had to wait 10 minutes for my order despite it being ready according to the app so I was the last vehicle to pick up my kids, which never happens. My order was in a delivery bag despite me saying I'd pick it up so they didn't see it. I threw the pizza away but the twists upset me so I gave a low review on the app for the store and someone named Mariano. I took the items back to the store. First, I felt bad because there was only one person there and he was doing everything. I could understand how mistakes could have been made. Secondly, when I told him the issue, he was very polite and accommodating. He remade the pizza and the twists. He made a small pizza instead of a medium but that was my fault because I brought the pizza in the small box the pasta was in so he assumed it was a small pizza. He didn't give me a hard time about making a medium and he let me keep the small pizza and told me to give it to my kids while we waited on the medium. I feel so horrible for my quick reaction in leaving a negative review. I'm assuming the guy that helped me was Mariano. I want to thank him. I also called him to let him know that his assumption about the small pizza was my fault not his because I put the pizza in the small box that the pasta was in. He was very understanding. I offered to come back to pay for the small but he said it was ok and as long as I was happy. I feel soooooooo horrible because it was obvious that he was doing his best. I sat in the store and watched him do it all alone so it only felt right to write a review to counter my initial negative review on the app.

I haven’t been to dominos in years. I was happy to have dominos again but was sadly disappointed at the Berry Rd location in MD. The guy at the register was aloof, most of all the food was nothing like I remembered it. The pizza was poorly made and so over cooked that the cheese was burned, the toppings were barely noticeable, the sauce dried up. I won’t be spending my money at Dominos anymore.

The food service workers made it a point to acknowledge customers coming in, but they were running about 15 minutes behind what the app told me.
I don't typically order at this particular location, this is not the first time I've had challenges. The previous visits my pizzas were made incorrectly.
The pizzas this time were made to my order specifications.
I did witness an "all hands on deck" attitude.
Just wanted to give a heads up that the time on the app is not accurate.
A little bit of room for improvement.

My pizza was cold. It's was made incorrectly, no service recovery attempted. Only got a "My bad.. that was some else's fault...". I WILL NOT return. I'll copy and paste this on my media channels. Just to make sure it gets to the franchisee.

Read the negative reviews and stay away. Employees make pizza with bare hands (no gloves) and not washing their hands. Also, my pizza dough was undercooked. I have driven by this place many times and rarely see cars in the parking lot. Now I know why. I will not patronize this place again.
