come here every single morning, and there’s an employee (an Indian gentleman with glasses, I can never catch his name I’m always in a rush!) who makes my coffee perfectly every time. He has it ready and waiting on the counter like clockwork, and it honestly makes my mornings better. Consistent, kind, and clearly takes pride in his work. Dunkin is lucky to have him!

We accidentally placed a second mobile order with one drink and they asked and were fine with cancelling that drink. But they only have us two plain donuts instead of the six we ordered. We were in a rush in the cold so didn't notice until we'd already pulled away

Stopped here today ordered 2 cups of their fantastic coffee and had the most delicious coffee roll. It was fantastic, and they had an incredible selection of doughnuts. This was a very well run, clean and a super friendly staff. I would highly recommend this Dunkin Doughnuts!

Waldorf Dunkin donuts is the best Dunkin donuts. The green tea is light and it doesn't taste like coffee. They obviously always wash out there filters so I don't have to taste coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker I come to Duncan for tea and Waldorf Duncan gives me tea

I was telling the 2 owners today how only there Sweet Tea here at this location is the best very best it’s always FRESH, I’ve been to a lot of other Dunkin Donuts around in the area as far as Bowie and there’s no comparison. Keep up with the Fresh Sweet Tea

I bought my breakfast today and had to throw away all my food. When I tried the mini stuffed bagels, they tasted like nail polish. I ordered 5 of these and they were the same. I also bought a chicken wrap, and it tasted so sour I couldn't eat it. I threw my money away.

This location leaves much to be desired. I have now given the drive-thru three tries, and will be avoiding this location from now on. The first visit, they assumed my order was an iced version I had ordered without double checking if I wanted my order hot or iced. Since it had been the first time, it wasn't a big deal. Trip two and three through their drive-thru have cemented the decision to not visit this location again. Trip two resulted in a 5-min wait at the speaker where you wait, and then proceeding to wait an addition nearly 15-min before the line moved at all after that. After trip number three today, honestly not sure how they're still open. Ordering wasn't an issue, but literally ended up sitting in the line behind two other vehicles for 10 nearly 15min to the point where I could see the vehicle two in front of me put their car into park. I even tried giving the store a phone call twice to see what the hell was going on. The first call literally just ringing non-stop before an automated message asking for a code (not sure why). The second call literally didn't connect at all with an automated message saying it couldn't connect, when the phone number dialed is the phone number listed within the Dunkin' app. Messing up orders, and not being able to run a drive thru this many times is a reflection of the owners/operators of this location

I’ve ordered Door Dash from this location a couple times and I’ve come to the conclusion that this location is just not good. Each time the food has been over cooked and some part of my order is incorrect. The other Dunkin down the street is much better.

Very Bad Customer Service. I ordered 2 decaf coffees. I waited about 10 minutes for the coffee. The person who waited on me should have mentioned that I would have to wait for fresh decaf. She said nothing and when I finally got my coffee, I only was given one coffee. I had to mention I ordered 2 coffees. I am not coming back. Accokeek, MD Dunkin Donuts is so much better and much more busier. I see why. SMH
