I was telling the 2 owners today how only there Sweet Tea here at this location is the best very best it’s always FRESH, I’ve been to a lot of other Dunkin Donuts around in the area as far as Bowie and there’s no comparison. Keep up with the Fresh Sweet Tea

I bought my breakfast today and had to throw away all my food. When I tried the mini stuffed bagels, they tasted like nail polish. I ordered 5 of these and they were the same. I also bought a chicken wrap, and it tasted so sour I couldn't eat it. I threw my money away.

This location leaves much to be desired. I have now given the drive-thru three tries, and will be avoiding this location from now on. The first visit, they assumed my order was an iced version I had ordered without double checking if I wanted my order hot or iced. Since it had been the first time, it wasn't a big deal. Trip two and three through their drive-thru have cemented the decision to not visit this location again. Trip two resulted in a 5-min wait at the speaker where you wait, and then proceeding to wait an addition nearly 15-min before the line moved at all after that. After trip number three today, honestly not sure how they're still open. Ordering wasn't an issue, but literally ended up sitting in the line behind two other vehicles for 10 nearly 15min to the point where I could see the vehicle two in front of me put their car into park. I even tried giving the store a phone call twice to see what the hell was going on. The first call literally just ringing non-stop before an automated message asking for a code (not sure why). The second call literally didn't connect at all with an automated message saying it couldn't connect, when the phone number dialed is the phone number listed within the Dunkin' app. Messing up orders, and not being able to run a drive thru this many times is a reflection of the owners/operators of this location

I’ve ordered Door Dash from this location a couple times and I’ve come to the conclusion that this location is just not good. Each time the food has been over cooked and some part of my order is incorrect. The other Dunkin down the street is much better.

Very Bad Customer Service. I ordered 2 decaf coffees. I waited about 10 minutes for the coffee. The person who waited on me should have mentioned that I would have to wait for fresh decaf. She said nothing and when I finally got my coffee, I only was given one coffee. I had to mention I ordered 2 coffees. I am not coming back. Accokeek, MD Dunkin Donuts is so much better and much more busier. I see why. SMH

Been here a couple times. Nothing here is EVER fresh. I thought one or two times, but three times. Nope, no more chances for you. I went last week (drive thru) and bought six bagels, six donuts, and a box of Joe. Bagels were horrible stale, hard, dry and the donuts not much better. I really should have brought them back. Save your money and go to 7-11. The bake goods are much better.
My daughter ordered a dozen ASSORTED munchkins via doordash for her very first doordash. Dunkin Donuts packed 10 gross chocolate munchkins. Doordash only offered to refund $1.80. Dunkin- do better! Why send the wrong item? Maybe cancel the order if you cannot fulfill it properly. My daughter is not happy and now we're stuck with these nasty donuts she paid $14 for. I tried calling the store and they didn't answer.

They were busy amd also had a long drive thru line, but many employees acknowledged us and told us they would help us soon and everyone was kind and helpful! The donuts were fresh and our shakes were delicious! Great job to everyone there!

2024 update: Still a 10/10. Other Dunkins in the area don't hold a candle to this place. Looking crisp since the remodeling, too! Hat's off to all the folks I always see getting my regular in the drive thru lane, y'all are fantastic.
Updated review: Yeah, it's still good. I go here fairly regularly for breakfast and coffee before work, and I haven't had an order issue in a long time. Service is still punctual, employees are still efficient and kind. I've only gone inside once since the pandemic (I'm mostly a drive-thru customer), but the place was perfectly clean when I did. Still a solid go-to.
Older review : I mean, it's a Dunkin. You get what you're expecting and that's just fine by me. Coffee is solid and the options are fun and varied. My go-to breakfast is the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant with a side of hash browns and whatever coffee experience I'm vibing with that day, and I think I've only ever had my order flubbed maybe once in the several years I've been going here. Drive through is fast, too--I've stopped by when the line was backed up onto the highway and still got through in record time (often under 10 minutes) compared to other drive-thrus in the area with similar backup. (Y'all over there waiting 30min in the chik fil a line for some homophobic chicken?? Can't relate.)

I wanted to leave a review for Brandon specifically. Waldorf dunkin seemed to be understaffed but Brandon did a really good job providing excellent service. He definitely deserves a raise / promotion in my opinion.
