The food isnt much to speak of. Factory pre made full of preservatives and chemicals and basically just heated up at the store..I come for the green tea.

Terrible customer service. Went into the restaurant and the place was filled with rodents and insects of some sort. Not to mention that their oven closes hours before the store closes. Seriously don’t recommend at all. Even the workers were discriminatory against people of color and women. Spoke of us in a different language right in front of us as if we weren’t there. You could order one thing here and be given something totally different. I would recommend going to any other Dunkin before going to this one.

Had a draft review where I wrote this place never has mobile orders ready. Well.... it's been some time now, and I have to take back those words. This location has traded quality for speed. The last several visits have been tolerable with luke warm sandwiches, but the coffee was on point. Today, I had a sandwich that I'm convinced was made yesterday. It was cold, the bread was hard and stale, I wouldn't have given the scraps to my dog. And to make matters worse, coffee was just being brewed. That is a hard sale for the 5-530 road crew. I'd rather wait 3 minutes for decent food than 15 seconds for this nonsense.

This location has been renovated and they seemed to have revamped the staff as well. I stop in from time to time for a hot matcha tea latte (with oat milk) and avocado toast. Team members are polite even when they are busy. Also the restaurant is well maintained. Dunkin has the edge on its competitor next door by offering not only boxed coffee but hot chocolate to go! I didn't ride my bike with the crew today but I was able to offer them some relief from the 30° temps.

New breakfast sandwich…the Bacon Egg and Cheese Pancake Wrap was delicious! Also had the New Butter Cream Cookie Dough Cold Brew was delicious!! Great Service!
