The waitress had a bad attitude and treated us in a very bad way, we requested clean cutlery because she brought us dirty ones and she was rude when she brought us what we ordered, really the staff is the problem of that place, we are never going to return to that place.

I don't really give it zero stars because I couldn't. The waitress came to ask us for our order with her mouth full, then we asked her about some dishes that we didn't know and wanted to try and she answered that they are just like they are on the menu, she said with an annoyed tone. The truth is, the customer service is terrible and we will never return.

The customer service is this place is garbage!!!!! Ten minutes standing and waiting while the host if you want to call her that. They don’t even acknowledge the fact that you are waiting to pick up your food. Take your hard owned dollars and spend it somewhere else!!!!! This place lacks even the smallest semblance of customer service. Save your money, and spend it where as a customer you are appreciated!!!!!!!!! Because this ain’t the spot!!!!!!

My family visited on a nostalgic whim El Rinconcito. This whim took us into a flavor explosion produced by the influence of my ancestors motherland. Pupusas were excellent, chicken breast with rice for the boys and fajitas. Will visit again to try other dishes.

The food is so good! It’s always fresh and hot, I get takeout and it’s still hot when I get home. Every time I’ve been in there, every single employee is so friendly and always smiles and greets me. I highly recommend this place - try the papusas and fried plantains :)
