We recently used Famous Daves for catering a company Christmas party and it was a hit! Everyone loved the food, portions, and the variety. It was ready on time and was hot! We will use them again for our next office catering event!

The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and truly enjoyable from start to finish.

When I realized a couple of small items were missing from my order, I called the restaurant and spoke with Dominique, the manager. She handled everything with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. She immediately took ownership of the situation, offered thoughtful solutions, and made sure I felt heard and valued as a customer.

It wasn’t just about fixing the issue—it was the care and respect she showed throughout the interaction. Dominique represents what outstanding customer service should look like, and experiences like this are why I will gladly continue supporting this business.

The first experience we had with Famous Dave's roasted chicken and beef brisket was delicious and enjoyable. To our dismay, the second experience was totally the opposite. The brisket was chewy and tough, cut more in chunks than slices, and the chicken drumsticks were cut in very small pieces. We regretted telling our friends to order their Christmas meats from there.
