Never Again!!! No food delivered...no response after calling and submiting forms to be contacted...no nothing! Complete waste of time and money.

I use to order regularly and even paid the monthly membership fee until they changed their service to exclude my whole town without ANY notice. So suddenly I’m paying a membership fee for a company that won’t deliver to my address! I sent SEVERAL emails asking if the company was even still in business because all their website said was “unavailable” when I tried to order. No response, no explanation, and no attempt to refund me my useless membership fee. Completely unprofessional.

Do NOT ORDER from them. An hour and half later, still no food. Just received notification they were on their way. Cancel order..no response. No one to call,or get help from. SCAM!!!! If you look at their cancelation policy it states no money will be refunded! Do NOT ORDER with them!

They don’t always deliver the whole order and don’t care. They never refund. They employee unreliable folks and then blame the customer when they fail to do their jobs. Will never use them again and did use them for years previously.

I live in TN. Somehow I ordered food through Food Scooter from Red Robin for pickup. It was quite easy to do. I can't tell you if this order was through Red Robin or Food Scooter, I just did it through Google. Anyway, when I realized the mistake (which was immediately), I tried contacting Red Robin to cancel. I was on hold for 45 minutes (in which my order pickup time had already come and gone). Absolutely asinine. When I finally got through, Red Robin told me they could not find my order. My credit card showed the charge pending. I contacted Food Scooter and left a message. Someone named Debbie called me back (it might have been the next day) and I explained the situation. She said she would talk to her boss and get back to me. She did indeed call me back and left me a message saying she talked to her boss and that I should see a refund in 3 days. It was only $40 but for food I never got to taste. Lol My money was credited back to my card. So, all that said, I don't know much about Food Scooter except they seem to be an honest company with good customer service. If I lived in MD, I'd use them again. And thanks Debbie for getting me my money back!

Ok…. My family and I have been using foodscooter for several years. When the first started, they were pretty good. However; over the last 18 months or so, specifically over the last year; they have been terrible. The last few times have been the absolute worst and today made me realize that I won’t be using them again.This is about the 6th time in the last few months that they have delivered our food to the wrong house. Meanwhile it’s sitting out in the sun and absolutely no one contacted us to ever confirm delivery.Listen; in the days and times we live in, if you are going to deliver food as a business, make sure your drivers actually “deliver the food.” Last thing a custom wants is the food they are ingesting to sit in the elements, delivered to the wrong home or not get what they paid for in a timely fashion. This is YOUR business and I’m paying for timely DELIVERY. No late, cold food that could’ve possibly been tampered with.We’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars through foot scooter but today you lost a customer and if anyone asks, I won’t recommend.With all the other delivery companies popping up due to the pandemic; I have found that YWBD delivery (black-owned small business) and Grub Hub are much more reliable, timely and professional. Also; YWBD will pick up groceries, Target drive up etc. (By the way; food sat on the neighbors porch for over an hour!)

No Quality Control and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not deliver my complete order..the meal not delivered was for a crying child-after the first hour, we made him something else. I was told the manager was too busy to speak with me...after trying to resolve the issue for 2 hours on the phone with the new employee, I requested a refund. I was told NO-NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, I was told the drivers are instructed not to check the order, just deliver what they pick up-NO QUALITY CONTROL...BE CAREFUL, AFTER YOU PAY, YOU ARE AT FOOD SCOOTER'S MERCY. NEVER AGAIN.

If a resturant follows directions not to add cheese to certain items then the service is good. I can't eat cheese and will get sick if I tried. Food scooter will not refund you your money or call you back if the error happens. Just flip a coin to see if the restaurant can read and interpret directions No Cheese please.

I ordered a few weeks ago. The order came an hour late and was completely wrong. After over an hour on the phone they determined there was nothing they could do because the restaurant was closing soon. Manager was VERY rude. Decided to give them another try thinking it was just a bad night. Nope. Ordered this afternoon. Got a call right before it was to be delivered. They “weren’t sure” if they could deliver the order or not because they’re “too busy.” I asked to just have it cancelled then and get my money back- because I was already charged. Nope. Can’t do that and can’t speak to the manager because she’s not avil.....

Absolutely do not recommend. Incredibly slow. Customer service is trash at best. Order from door dash or grub hub instead.
