Placed a pickup order earlier today. Got my food and ate it when I got home. Meal was great however A few hours later when I went to eat the piece of cake I got as well, after having a small piece with a funny taste, I noticed there was mold on my cake.

I had faith because I’ve eaten at grille 13 before and ordered their shepherd’s pie, granted this was years ago but I wouldn’t expect to see this. I know for a fact it didn’t look anything like this because if it did I would have sent it back. Anyways I ordered shepherd’s pie and this time this is what they gave me ..I was confused because I thought they gave me chili or something. I had to move around the slop and finally saw the potatoes. This isn’t shepherds pie and the mashed potatoes go on the top. I’m giving a few extra stars because my family loved the other food they received but mines I was not happy at all.

Thus was my 1st tume here. I got the catfish nuggets, Mac n cheese, collard greens, and sweet potatoes. The food was really good and was seasoned well. Everything was a la cart. Only thing to gripe about is the tops for the sides couldnt take the heat of my sides and caused juices to spill in the bag.

I got the jerk shrimp( they were covered in jerk sauce but it looked like they were covered in mud) poor presentation, Caribbean rice was ok, and collard greens were very very salty

I live super close so this was a no brainer. Ordered the lucky 13 burger and some wings. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked medium. The fries were crispy but soft on the inside, and the wings were some of the sauciest that I have ever had! 10 out of 10. Love this place. The food here is SO damn good!

The food is delicious!!!! This place is a hidden gem for sure. Everyone is so kind and personable and the desserts from Sugar Lips are absolutely delicious! We just moved to the area and we’re so happy we found Grille No.13 on Middletown Road. This is our new go to place for sure. I was so hoping to show you pics of our food order but we ate the entire order 😝

I had a really GREAT experience when I went to pick up my food 🍔. (Without giving to much detail)..... 🤦🏾♀️I made a huge mistake with my order and after speaking with the manager and her staff, they fixed it for me. They were compassionate and courteous the entire time. Thank you for such an awesome experience today ladies. I will definitely return.👍🏾👏🏾

This is a carryout restaurant. You put your order in, pick it up, and leave. The online ordering process was easy. We had a fairly large order, and it was all cooked and correct. All the food and desserts were good. I would give them 8 out 10 stars
