Wow, what an incredible experience at Haagen-Dazs! The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal! Every time I visit, I'm greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. I think his name is abii, the young man who assisted me, is an absolute gem. He always seems joyful and genuinely interested in his customers. It's clear he cares deeply about providing the best experience possible. He and his team go above and beyond to make you feel like family. He remembers my favorite flavors and takes the time to chat, making each visit feel special. His infectious smile and positive attitude are truly uplifting. It's refreshing to encounter such outstanding service and a delightful treat every time I stop by. Häagen-Dazs is not just about ice cream; it's about creating a welcoming atmosphere where you feel valued and appreciated. His exceptional service sets a standard that more places should strive for. I visited the haagen dazs store #1341 yesterday evening. I arrived at 5:46 pm and was prepared to make an order. There was a couple in front of me doing tastings. I stood at the register waiting to place an order. There was a lady that just took an order and then proceeded to take their order. The guy dumping the trash came over to me and stated they were their last customer. I asked why we couldn't get an ice cream cone. He proceeded with an attitude to grab a cup (with the same gloves he used to dump the trash) and place the ice cream I wanted in the cup. He came back to the register (now without the glove) and I informed him that I wanted a cone and whatever my guest was getting. He placed an ice cream cone on top of the ice cream and once I tried to pick it up the cone was broke. I asked for another from the lady and she seemed frustrated as well. As soon as I paid (at 5:51pm) and walked away that cone fell off and broke. I live over 2 hours away and I travel to Northern Virginia and Maryland often. The experience and customer service I received was horrible and flat out disrespectful. I have never received any service like this from any other haagen dazs location. This was the absolute worst and the workers were not friendly or helpful at all.

I patiently waited because I thought maybe it was a big mess that she had made before I walked up. Me and the kids were walking up, the young lady went in the back and stayed in the back. My neice asked did she leave...i said no she in the back...My neice peaked and came backed. We waited and guess who come out the back MOPPING!! She mopping from the back room into the front with her back to us. Did she turn around...NOPE... she MADE sure when she came out the back mopping, she angled her body soooo her back stayed to us when she came out the room and mopped in front of the counter of ice cream..she mopped right in front of us...I MEAN right in FRONT of us! I was like ????????...now thats definitely tell us something...when she started mopping back toward the back room (her back still toward us) we turned and left...WOW!! Haagen Daaz you dont have to believe me CHECK the food court cameras ☹...Please check it!

Poor customer service. They only have one associate working today. The associate decided to take a restroom break after seeing that I was already waiting to place an order. 20 minutes go by and she is still not returned.

This has to be the worst Haagen Dazs I’ve ever encountered! After my worst experience I thought I’d leave a review. I left my home to go get a midnight milkshake. They close at 8, I got to Haagen Dazs at approximately 7:30 pm. I asked for a midnight cookies & cream shake, however the employee refused to make any shakes, and told me I can only get ice cream because she was done for the day. If I could give zero stars I would, I will no longer be going to any Haagen Dazs from this point forward.
