Went there yesterday at around 230pm, and the lady working I thought was about to take my order but then she grabbed a mop and started mopping the entire front floor for about 4 mins with her back turned to me as if she didn't see me. I patiently waited because I thought maybe it was a big mess that she had made before I walked up. She then turns around to me and another lady and says that she can do everything else except for milk shakes which was what I wanted. Unacceptable service. She wasted my time.

Me and the kids were walking up, the young lady went in the back and stayed in the back. My neice asked did she leave...i said no she in the back...My neice peaked and came backed. We waited and guess who come out the back MOPPING!! She mopping from the back room into the front with her back to us. Did she turn around...NOPE... she MADE sure when she came out the back mopping, she angled her body soooo her back stayed to us when she came out the room and mopped in front of the counter of ice cream..she mopped right in front of us...I MEAN right in FRONT of us! I was like ????????...now thats definitely tell us something...when she started mopping back toward the back room (her back still toward us) we turned and left...WOW!! Haagen Daaz you dont have to believe me CHECK the food court cameras ☹...Please check it!

Remember these names: manager Jennifer and associate Kylie! This location closes at 8pm as it is stated on Google. BUT it's 7:20 and Kylie has turned the lights off and has closed out the register while she's cleaning up. When we brought up the fact that it's listed that the store closes at 8pm, she explains that her manager Jennifer gave her permission to close at 7:15pm. The only thing she could offer us was an ice cream cone WITHOUT ice cream!!! She asked us if we wanted to speak with her manager and we said yes but Jennifer didn't respond to the calls sooooo...If this place were the only place to sell ice cream, I'd give a hard pass! Why? Because my patronage is valuable! Why does this happen in predominantly black neighborhoods? This wouldn't ever be the case in Tyson's Corner, Pentagon City, etc. Such a waste of a 25 minute drive AND gas! BUT WAIT thanks to Google and Siri we just realized sCold Stone is ONLY 6 mins away AND they stay open until 10pm! Cold Stone for the WIN!!!

I wanted to buy ice cream for my girls. The place looked open, however everything was left behind. Even the sink faucet was open with water running. Yet we stood there for 35 minutes and nobody came. We thought we heard noises coming from the kitchen. Apparently not operated properly.

Poor customer service. They only have one associate working today. The associate decided to take a restroom break after seeing that I was already waiting to place an order. 20 minutes go by and she is still not returned.
My experience was wonderful awesome tasting ice cream. I even got to taste the flavour before I decided. The staff was great, patient and helpful.

The staff working when we stopped here was AMAZING !!!! Jennifer was very knowledgeable, and kind . Kylie was sweet , and friendly -she gave us great customer service and made sure all of our needs were met with a smile . They made our order and rang us up quickly and efficiently. This has to be the worst Haagen Dazs I’ve ever encountered! After my worst experience I thought I’d leave a review. I left my home to go get a midnight milkshake. They close at 8, I got to Haagen Dazs at approximately 7:30 pm. I asked for a midnight cookies & cream shake, however the employee refused to make any shakes, and told me I can only get ice cream because she was done for the day. If I could give zero stars I would, I will no longer be going to any Haagen Dazs from this point forward.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Firstly the time are wrong they don’t open and close the same time as the mall. As a matter of fact the they open later and close earlier, can you say unprofessional!!!! The one time I caught them while they were open ( I work in the mall) they didn’t have any whipped cream or bananas. you make smoothines that should be a priority!! Whoever is running this place is putting a bad taste in my mouth
