Roaming Rooster used to be my place but now this place is. The chicken sandwich with the honey butter waffle fries was delicious. Also, the boba tea top notch. My husband and I had a great conversation with the owner and was able to get suggestions on the food. I even came back the next day for more, it was just that good! We will be back.

The woman working who answered the phone on March 17th at 8:20 p.m is simply lazy. We simply wanted to add a fry to the online order we just placed and she was discouraging us from doing so, stated we should place another online order and discouraged us from paying over the phone with my card number. We went ahead to place another online order for $4.25 + tax and arrived to the location expecting it to be packed… Crickets. The woman who answered the phone was twiddling her thumbs. The serving size of fries is crazy small for nearly $5. We do not plan on coming back due to the attitude and small portion sizes.

Im a wings guy, have been all of my life. Have traveled the world, lived in other countries, and each time i go to a new restaurant, i order "hot wings" if they have them. First time hearing about hangry joes was in December 2023, figured i'd give them a try. Here's how its been:Ordering: A+, I order from the official website, $23 on their site compared to $50 on doordash, well worth picking my food up. Having to go to their website is worth it, easy, and straightforward.Customer Service: A++, Always great. Im there to get food, the team there speaks, they do their jobs, thats all that matters.Food: A++, the best wings i've ever had in my life. Has been very hard over the past month to NOT order these wings. My favorite, angry hot. Cooked to perfection, anything other than those words, i would have to start being specific.Lastly, this place is perfect for what they serve and their service. I only order their wings.Note: the angry hot and hot will cause you some trouble, if you understand that. They're hot...it's what hot food does.Overall: 5 stars across the board.

Generally pretty good experience except for with the staff. The kiosk where you can place your order doesn’t have a “no pickles” option for the tender combo, and when I ask the workers to do no pickles on my order, it seems like there’s always been pickles on it. It’s not like they’re busy or anything, it’s happened numerous times, even when I can see I am the only customer and they have no other tickets posted. I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make such a simple adjustment.

My husband heard about Hangry Joe's and wanted to check them out. On Sat 2.9.24, we tried the tenders with fries. We ordered the mild heat level. The chicken was seasoned well, and the fries were waffle cut with some sort of seasoning on them. Both were tasty. Yesterday, 2.13.24 hubby decided to return to try their chicken sandwich and wings, and again, they were tasty. They have a small dining room that was clean during our visit. They have two kiosks to place your orders as well as two registers. We didn't have much interaction with the staff other than the person who bagged our food.

I'm really disappointed in Hangry Joe's this time around. Usually the chicken is delicious. However, this time the chicken was obviously overcooked and tasted of old oil. Even the funnel stick fries were overly greasy. Perhaps this was a bad day, I will probably give it another try. But I hope this does not happen again in the future.

On the other hand, the second cashier, Sam, was trying hard to help us despite Amani's lack of interest. We asked for suggestions since it was our first time there, but Amani completely ignored us and continued to scroll through her phone. Meanwhile, Sam provided us with numerous suggestions and took over our order when Amani stepped aside and continued to use her phone.Once we placed our order, we sat in the dining area with the hopes of dining in. However, we immediately changed our minds as the environment did not appear to be warm and welcoming.Once we got home, we all delved into the food, which was very delicious. "It was just enough spice to win the night," we joked.Overall, our experience with customer service was a struggle, with the exception of Sam who was very helpful. Although the food was delicious and satisfying, we may think twice about visiting the restaurant again since customer service matters to us.
