Horrible customer service - I am From out the state and came to eat - was asked to leave Very rude and Came off as very racist Manager who refused to give name but yelled it out and said Jason when I asked multiple times. Had my service animal with me and he told us we had to get out . He sent a kind waitress to keep telling us to leave and I asked to speak to the manager. He could not tell me the difference between a service animal and an emotional support dog. I would not recommend my dog to come visit this place.

Stopped in for a quick lunch before a work meeting. Haven’t been to a Hooters in well over a decade, wasn’t sure what to expect.
Brandi was super attentive while juggling every table & made sure I had everything I needed. I got original wings with 3 Mile Island sauce and they were PERFECT. Sauce was a nice balance of heat and flavor, breading was so crispy, couldn’t have been happier.
Wish this location wasn’t so far from where I live, but I’ll be back before my next meeting in Waldorf!

I’ll probably BUTCHER her name but tonight me and my husband had Wakeena as a waitress and she was very polite! She was patient and very informative when it came to trying different menu items and stepping outside of my box of what I’d normally order. I haven’t been to hooters in ages but her customer service was amazing and I will be returning! The food was DELICIOUS and we didn’t wait long before receiving our meal. 10/10. She was very sweet!!!

My husband and I came out for a Saturday lunch and we were blessed to have Joaquinna as our waitress. She was punctual, energetic, and attentive. Her personality was such a light and made our day. My husband like me crispy wings and didn’t quite get them cooked as well as he was hoping but aside from that our experience was amazing.

Manager.....meh. Bartender.... Eh. Now let me tell you about this burger. The dude in the back was misson to give people the ITIS I swear before God. Cooked to perfection temperature with pink, not overwhelming onions or what ever their signature sauce is because I forgot the name for real and the fries weren't done though but didn't know they have curly fries. First time ever there so was slightly distracted by choices but didn't see lean protein.

I wanted some wine, and they had none at all. The menu showed 4 to 5 options, but none were available. My first dessert option was also unavailable. I only went there to drink wine and have dessert.
The girls are really sweet, and I always receive good service. However, I feel they are overpriced. I think 15 wings for $23 is insane, mainly because the wings I was served were the TINIEST I’ve ever seen in my life. Then they have the audacity to charge you for extra ranch. 😩 I actually see why they are next up on the chopping block and filing for bankruptcy. 🤯

Bartender was super rude. All the bar lights were off and when we asked if they could be turned on so we weren’t sitting in the dark, she rolled her eyes and said ugh I guess so…….manager stood there and watched it happen……and then disappeared. Food was pretty decent, but service was terrible. Do not recommend this location!

We had a waitress named Julie fresh out of ttaining who was okay, however, a new waitress fresh out out of training names Brooke was amazing! She stopped by checking on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager Tony was very passive aggressive and not taking accountability for new servers. The back-end manger was very helpful and should be the front end manger.

The wings were not good. They were not bad or terrible, but they were just not good. The shrimp seemed to be either undercooked or fried too fast. For nearly $50, you would expect a better product.
