I been going here now for 8 years straight, to me the best IHOP in Maryland, my only complaint to the new management is figure out the fly problem it’s crazy to be enjoying good food and fighting over your own plate with flies

I love ❤️ this IHOP everytime I go I have a peaceful experience with very fine dining. The food is always hot 🔥 and service is always great! The waiters and waitress are very kind and down to earth. The only thing is they need to work on their Grits. It was lumpy, had no taste, it's very bland.

WON'T BE BACK. I have come here a few times, and the wait to be seen is always very long, especially in the morning. It looks like the servers are also the hosts, which isn't a good thing. They always seem to be short staff which is bad on the ownership/management's part. They either are trying to be cheap and spread employees thin or can't find adequate staff and the latter I doubt because there are no "hiring" signs anywhere. They need to invest in being adequately staffed in the early morning being as though this is a BREAKFAST restaurant. The wait time for food is also slow so I'm pretty sure there's probably 1 cook. The ratio of employees to customers isn't right and easily fixable but they probably won't fix it. Today was the last strike, I won't be going back. There's Denny's, Bob Evans, and Cracker Barrel all within 5 minutes as other options
However, I will say when you do finally "get" a server, they are always very nice and polite.
UPDATE TO MANAGEMENT RESPONSE
1) Your response isn't genuine, you have posted the same statement under each person's review that was negative rather than addressing each complaint/concern.
2) People keep having the SAME complaints over years, not just months. If the problem STILL exists, why does giving feedback matter because at this point you are aware of the problems in your operations and CHOOSING not to fix them. How about instead of being sorry, be better.
You need a new manager and you need more staff that are good. Those are simple and effective fixes.

Had a lovely breakfast date with my son, everything was wonderful and our food was delicious! I felt they definitely were better than in the past. The only thing, I feel like the coffee is always bitter and I always wish they had little cups of real cream for the coffee over the little cups but it was good!

I don’t like to do this but I was quite disappointed. Had to wait 30+ minutes for one order that was ordered online a little over 10 minutes prior. This wasn’t the first of such case

I called and ordered my food. I weighed the appropriate time which was 20 to 25 minutes. I get there extremely crowded, which is no problem. Finally got to the cashier and they told me they didn't have my order. This place is obviously too busy to really take customers. I would suggest another location.

Servers are very friendly , presentable and professional. Food tastes and looks delicious. Server consistently refills drinks without asking. Overall , it’s our favorite dine-in franchise breakfast spot
