I normally come here on regular but today was totally different. I could not believe how thin the meat was sliced? I ordered a No# 13 as usual and the meat was so thin I could see through it! My brother goes to Jersey Mike's at least twice a week, and he told me about the meat being sliced so thin, even when he asked for extra....it was still thin! I did not believe him but today proved what he said and I will NOT be coming back to any Jersey Mike's if this is how they are now operating.

I visited your store for the first time on 12/6/25 and placed an online order for pickup. When I received my order, the bag of chips I paid for was missing.
I called the store to report the issue. The employee insisted the chips “were in the bag” and that they had “put them in,” even though I confirmed I did not receive them. I was then told I must return to the store to pick up the chips.
As a first-time customer, I found this response unacceptable. I paid for a product I never received and was asked to inconvenience myself by driving back, after already completing my trip and waiting for the order.

This place is trash and so is the customer service! I love Jersey Mikes but after my experience here my mind has been changed. Order my food online came to pick it up and the manager had an attitude. Gave me the wrong food. Called to find out they can’t even remake my sandwich because they are out of bread. A sub shop out of bread is crazy. If you want to go to Jersey mikes you better off riding all the way down Alexandria so you can at least get good customer service

The employees need to be trained to change gloves when working the register and handling food. They work the register and go back to making sandwiches or wrapping the sandwiches to go with the same gloves. They also use the same gloves to handle food as they do to do everything else in the store including moving their glasses, scratching their heads and opening doors. This is not sanitary. Does anyone care about these things these days?

The service was terrible. I asked for everything on my sub and did not receive it. My wife’s sub was plain and there was mikes hot honey on the sub and that was not asked for. We ordered a 16# with onions and peppers. My sub was a chicken cheesesteak with everything. Very disappointing

I’m absolutely disgusted at what I seen today! I have a particular way I like my sub made , as one of the kids made my sub the way I asked a co worker comes and disrespects everything he’s done clearly makes the little boy uncomfortable even when myself another co worker and the boy himself told the man that’s how I wanted the sub. To see bullying and misuse of power especially on kids is disgusting and I won’t ever be back.

Just ordered a sub from here for pick-up. Got all the way home, took a bite and realized right away that the bacon was missing. I double-checked the receipt and saw that in fact I did order bacon and was charged for it. Why couldn't the food prep double check also? Its little things like this that ruin the experience. It's hard to check for something like that in a busy store, so you kind of just try to trust them. Only to be disappointed later.
