I’m absolutely disgusted at what I seen today! I have a particular way I like my sub made , as one of the kids made my sub the way I asked a co worker comes and disrespects everything he’s done clearly makes the little boy uncomfortable even when myself another co worker and the boy himself told the man that’s how I wanted the sub. To see bullying and misuse of power especially on kids is disgusting and I won’t ever be back.

Just ordered a sub from here for pick-up. Got all the way home, took a bite and realized right away that the bacon was missing. I double-checked the receipt and saw that in fact I did order bacon and was charged for it. Why couldn't the food prep double check also? Its little things like this that ruin the experience. It's hard to check for something like that in a busy store, so you kind of just try to trust them. Only to be disappointed later.

Went by here for a lunch break. It was super busy. They got me in and out fairly quickly. The place is small, not a lot of space to sit when it's busy. The food was good, and the order was correct. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Parking is tight only a few spots out front.

Parking: Only a few spots out front. Parking on the side but you will have to walk.

Location has a serious issue with training/staffing. Watched an employee walk over to the register, handle cash, and then proceed to stick his hands in the lettuce to make a web order, all with the same pair of gloves on. Disgusting. All of the food is contaminated do not eat here.

Reflecting on the food preparation process, I observed the following: The employee retrieved my bread, cut it, and placed it on the counter before leaving the area for a brief period. Upon returning, she asked me to confirm my sandwich order and proceeded to slice and add cheese, ham, and turkey to the sandwich without cleaning the slicing machine between each item. The sandwich was then passed to the next station for condiments and subsequently to the cashier for wrapping. During this process, I noticed that the cashier handled both the cash register and the sandwich without changing gloves. Since consuming the sandwich, I have been experiencing severe gastrointestinal distress.

I’m outside of the restaurant at 10:03 AM. Door is locked. I pull on the handle, an associate standing next to the door is visibly upset that I am trying to get in. Shakes her head no at me and turns around. Wow.

First time at this location. Staff was friendly and food was great. My order was correct no issue. Went in a Thursday evening and it was pack. The staff was working hard and they was moving the line of people waiting to order. I'm definitely visiting this location again

Ordered a club and a steak and cheese. The steak and cheese took over 10 minutes to make(they were not busy) then when we got it, they made it wrong and they had to remake it. Almost 30 minutes just to get one sub. Go to subway, they are much faster.

got a club sandwich and asked them to simply toast my bread on the grill because they have no toaster, but they keep saying they cannot do that for cold sandwiches. WHY? if i want my bread toasted whether the sandwich is hot or cold that’s MY BUSINESS, that’s how i want my sandwich that i'm paying for ! it takes two seconds to throw my bread on the stove. like damn, what is the big deal? does toasting bread come out y’all check or something ? THE ONLY location that gives me this issue.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They messed up my order and the manager couldn't figure out how to give me my refund. The entire staff is trash. If I could give them negative stars I would. I will never visit this location again.

I placed an order on the app. The order was due to be completed by 8:10. About 8:20 one of the sandwiches was not even started. 20 more minutes before they finished one of the 2 sandwiches. Not impressed with the stores ability to keep up with their orders. Do they better workers? Or do they need more help. Either way, their service today was much less than stellar.

Love Jersey Mike’s but this location lacks some serious customer service & organization. The line is usually long and no employee has ever said “we will be right with you” or “ thank you for your patience.” It seems like the mobile orders are prioritized. Last time I visited, I left due to long wait time and lack of communication from employees. Will stick to Jersey Mike’s location in La Plata.

This is the slowest Jersey Mikes ever. 3/3 times I’ve come to this location I’ve had to wait 25-30 mins to get my sandwich. The line can be long or short and the employees take their precious time. 2/3 of those times I’ve seen customers walk out.
