Paid $55 for 16 pc family meal with 4 side. Went through drive through put in my order was told fresh chicken was going to come out in 3 minutes. I waited and parked 15 minutes waiting. Just to get home and see my fries where not in the back, no biscuits, and chicken pieces where small, burnt, and tasted old. And they didn’t put any sauce even when I asked.

It was nice to have the classic Fried Chicken again. Too many KFC restaurants have closed. The Waldorf location restaurant is very clean and well decorated. It's a comfortable place to enjoy the awesome KFC Fried Chicken we all love!
Parking: No shortage of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to sit and eat, and squirm around like kids always do. LOL

John the manager has HORRIBLE customer service. We were told to pull up and wait 2 mins for some fries. We ended up waiting 10 mins. The guy who brought out the food was very apologetic but when I looked through the window the manager John was sitting on his phone talking. I asked the guy could I speak to him and John walked out already NOT caring. He seemed very uninterested in helping me as I told him I had two inpatient kids in the back. I 100% believe it was because of the color of our skin. I will not return to this KFC.
