Young staff, not too concern with give satisfactory service. Not exactly a date spot, atmosphere suffices for a donut shop. Good donuts for an office.

Wait time slow, the employees act like they dont want to work there. I just left I was in the drive thru at 9:30pm and the website states they close at 10pm. Why didnt i get serviced they're in there cleaning up. Had donuts wasn’t selling any. I am over it. Why is this the only krispy kreme in the damn area. Dont waste your time coming here, please!!!

Ordered 12 6, chocolate Iced Kreme filled and 6 Raspberry filled . Hardly any filling. Size of a nail head.they were not filled.

Two cars in front of me at 8:30 on Tuesday. Took more than 10 minutes. Also, total is not given until at the window. Slows things down for everyone when you want to pay exact change.

One Christmas eve I ordered 2 dozen donuts for Christmas morning. I had ordered the Christmas donuts and a custom dozen. It took over 2 hours for me to get the donuts which wouldn't have been a problem except for they were closed by the time I received them. So I was not able to contact them about my wrong order. I have been trying since December 26th to get ahold of someone through the website and on the phone. I have not heard from anyone. I also never received a refund for the donuts I did not receive. I order 2 dozen and I get 1 dozen but still paid for the 2 dozen. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
