I never write reviews but I had to today because Deveoun made my whole experience. I have never had such a good-heart warming service from an establishment. He was so friendly and kind. If upper management is reading this, this man needs a raise and a store himself.

Pleasant, polite, professional, and the food was great. The coffee was right on time! Nice young Man, Jayden, waited on me on September 9th & 15th. Thank you for employing nice people! On September 3rd, another Jayden waited on me again it was a pleasant trip to Krispy Kreme.

Last week I stopped by for coffee and doughnuts. I observed customers leaving because there were Harry Potter doughnuts. I ordered coffee and 1/2 dozen of glazed. The coffee was cold and the doughnuts were not fresh! What has happened to this place? An employee said, “ all the manager does is stay in the office on the phone.” Welp… it shows. DEAR OWNER: CLEAN YOUR BUSINESS, STOCK UP ON WHAT YOU ADVERTISE OR YOU WILL HAVE NO BUSINESS.

Absolutely a no! I went in this morning to get the Harry Potter special edition donuts to surprise my household when they woke up. I woke up bright and early at 5:45, got to this location at 6:25 just to be told at 6:28, they don’t have any of them and to come back in an hour…..AN HOUR! First off, I’ve been to many donut shops but don’t you think that the main attraction should be stocked when the shop opens? Not to mention the worker was rude, uninviting and had an attitude. Definitely ruined the thrill of the experience for me. As a potter head….this is not the customer service I was expecting on a day that I was looking so forward to enjoying. Did I wait the hour for my donuts? Yes! Will I come back? Couldn’t pay me.

This is the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been to. Each filled donut had about a half tablespoon to a tablespoon of filling, barely detectable at all. The workers did not care at all about acknowledging customers and acted like we were inconveniencing them by having the audacity to come in and make them have to put donuts into a box. We came around 9am on a Saturday so no where near closing and it wasn’t busy at all to justify the lackadaisical attitude.
We have gone to this Krispy Kreme many times. There is no beating their freshly cooked glazed donuts. Today, we just wanted a quick snack. One Cinnamon bun and one glazed lemon filled donut. Cinnamon bun was good, I posted pictures of the glazed lemon *barely* filled. Very disappointing.
