This is a better location than Fort Washington, I've had great sit down service here.

This Ledo doesn't normally disappoint but I got a cauliflower crust deluxe pizza and the toppings were a little skimpy this time. I had to look at it twice because I thought they gave me the wrong pizza. Hopefully things aren't changing there. I'll give them another shot and see because I love Ledo pizza.

Just rude and not welcoming place

Quality of food has gone downhill severely at this location. I ordered a pizza to go and the pizza looked like it was dropped before making it inside the box. Walking in the restaurant is ok but no one sits and eats anymore since the last robbery incident that took place here. I don’t see this Ledo’s lasting too long.

I have loved Ledo Pizza for decades. I am never disappointed, no matter what I order. I particularly enjoy the pizza (medium, extra cheese, onions and mushrooms); and the fried chicken salad. I have no complaints about the food. I usually get carry-out. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Stop by for lunch August 13th. Placed a phone order since it was my lunch break. I checked my bag and order was wrong. Thumbs down. Im hunger and dont have time to wait. Long story short the customer service was horrible as I later found out I was dealing with the Manager Roxie on duty the whole time. She offered No apology, she would give me the bread that I touched after asking for it for the inconvenience after all all im left with is a side salad after they messed my order up. She was rude to me and her employee.

I haven't ordered from Ledos in awhile. I tried to give yall another chance but I am DONE!!!!!! I will NOT eat Ledos EVER again. I DONT CARE IF ITS FREE OR AT A PARTY. I WILL GLADLY GO PURCHASE FROM ANOTHER RESTAURANT.

MY last experience was diner in with my son who was like 5 at the time. We ordered a pizza half pepperoni have cheese. They messed my order up as well. Informed the server. She took the pizza away came back. I LIE to you NOT they picked half the pepperoni off and brought it back out. They didnt fake rebate it or nothing.. it is so much more but in the end the manager told the employee he was gonna take the cost of the pizza out of her check as of course I was not feeding my son a pizza that someone had clearly molested with their fingers. Oh this incident happen at the Fort Washington Location.

It’s ok

Sold me moldy food (the tomato’s on the salad has mold) and when I went back the manager acted as if it was normal. They as dismissive.. avoid this location.

And this is why I only pay with my cash app card when I go out to eat. I make sure there’s enough for the cost and tip and nothing extra because hmmm what is happening?

Went to Ledo’s in Waldorf on Festival Way, the total for our lunch was $37.57, left an $11 tip making my total $48.57.

After the initial charge, they tried to charge my card $443 😒 then instead of adjusting the actual receipt to reflect the tip, they charged my card a separate transaction for the $48.57.

Called and they’re acting like I’m making it up, so please keep an eye on your cards if you’re eating out.
