This Ledo's use to be a favorite, I believe it's under new management, the quality and service has definitely gone down.

Pretty good experience. I have been here twice. The restaurant is clean and suitable to dine in. The cashiers are good, the younger latino girl is friendlier than the older one though. My only issue is the wait time. The cooks take a year to get your order finish and I'm not sure about their cleanliness. I have observed them standing around talking then getting to the order when they feel like it as opposed to swiftly preparing orders. I have also seen them do other things while in the back and I'm sure they aren't changing their gloves.The talking isn't an issue it's when it becomes priority over service.

Visited the location on 1/29/24 & asked to order a steak salad. The young lady informed me that they don't have steak; only chicken and lamb. I was puzzled because I was just there a month ago, and ordered exactly that. Plus, they have cheesesteak subs. Well, apparently they changed the menu. I don't who made that decision, but it wasn't a good one...at least not to me.

New management. They fired everyone from this location that was black. The Indian lady had a nasty attitude. Will not be back to this location! Also food quality has gone done since new management!

I just called in to the store to let them know my order was made wrong. The lady who picked up claimed she was a manager, Hispanic accent, and told me to bring the food back and they’ll remake the pizza. I told her I live too far from the store to come back in the middle of a bad rain storm. She got smart with me and said there’s nothing she could do for me… when I told her I would call corporate, she said I don’t care… do what you want to do… I asked for a manager and she hung up on me… the new management in there seems to be trash. The environment has changed and they are less friendly.

Poor customer service. I enter door of the Waldorf location on a Sunday at 10:30AM. The young lady (red hair) putting chairs down doesn’t greet me. I stand at the dessert refrigerator and after being in store for about a minute she says. “We’re not open until 11” while holding a chair and staring at me. Me: “oh no”. Her: “No”. This was my first and will be my last time smh.
New owners now so I guess they are cutting cost by making paper thin pizza!!! My pizza was very thin and bland. Barely sauce or bread!!!Very disappointed that I paid my hard earned dollars on this. I will not be back if the pizza quality doesn't improve.

I gave this rating because u have to leave something, this is the worse restaurant I've been to in a long time, the cashier is rude and the food was horrible. I ordered an Italian cold cut that was thrown together with no cheese, a calzone with water down marinara and no taste along with a pepperoni pizza. The drinks are over price and I saw the cashier handle money, boxes, cash, trash and etc without changing her gloves. I will never go back to this place

I’ve been working her for 6 years. New ownership has fired half the crew that has been working there for months before even working with them and not even telling them, simply taking their names off the schedule and posting it. The co-owner/general manager, Rubal, is also stealing tips from the high school counter girls who make $10/hr and lying about it. Please stop spending your money here. Not to mention - every employee who was taken off the schedule was a person of color. There were no white employees taken off the schedule.
