I love the spicy ravioli from Ledos. However, the two orders that I just picked up were flat and disgusting. I'm so disappointed because their usually so good.

The owner Kelly is rude and she charges 99cents for a cup of matinees and hot honey never heard of that before at all. When I asked for extra hot honey she said “I can go and buy it myself” that is not good customer service at all will never give you guys a dime againHer staff are amongst the friendliest I feel sorry for them

Pizza was made well per usual... made an online order and was ready upon my arrival. Customer service was a little dry but attentive. Was inside for 1-2 min ...I dnt like to give 5 ? so easily but they've done nothing to deserve less. ? Keep up the great work.. glad I dnt have to drive to the other location this is definatly more convenient.

The food was blah and service was horrible my 1st time coming. The manager Cyikah (i think that's how u spell it) he convinced me to give it another try and I did. So my 2nd time was completely better to include food and
Just ordered a pizza on line from this location, got home and the pizza sausage had a "frost bitten" taste to it the sausage was not fresh, called the location back only to be met with a rather rude manager. I ask if I could have the number to their corporate office, he went on to say that there is no such number.... This location is horrible!!

Horrific experience and complete waste of my time. Tried this location out for the first time and will definitely be passing them up for Waldorf or Charlotte Hall going forward. I placed dine-in order waited over 30 minutes no food at table, however noticed everyone around me who came in before & after was receiving their food. Next thing I know young lady came to me and said hi there was a mixup and we’re making your order now. My reaction I said ok that’s it, you messed my order up and I’m just expected to wait another 30 minutes - she only said yes then walked away. I grabbed my son went straight to the counter and requested a refund, not to mention they act like they were mad at me like I did something wrong giving attitude. If you are use to a normal smooth friendly customer service experience, then I wouldn’t recommend that you go here.
