The lamb chops are my favorite. I usually order on line, and my order is ready within the time line they give.
The food was excellent, had the ribeye(medium) and broccoli(steamed) and mashed potatoes(butter). Like the most basic meal I could think of it was soooooooooooooooooooooo tender and good. The broccoli soft as it could be while not falling apart it shouldn't be possible then there's the mashed potatoes. Like sad I had to mix up the butter myself but gosh they were so good too haha. Probably didn't even need the butter! And the service, the family seemed to love the waitress in training. She was excellent, my biggest things is drinks and was never even thought of, she was awesome. They didn't have bread, who cares? Awesome stuff. Thanks Alli Q? and Longhorn. Great place and great food, WBBFM.
I had the outlaw ribye and I hate to say this but it was the worst steak I've ever had I sent the first one back and the second one was worst.
Out of the three known chain steakhouses, we have not had a chance to dine at this restaurant, so we decided to try after watching some excellent reviews. First upon entering, the lady from the reception told us they are short of silverware and asked us if we are okay to use disposable plastic utensils, surprised, but we said yes and she gave each of us plastic utensils and seated us. After some time, a waiter took our orders. I am not sure if they are short of servers as I noticed that our server is serving most of the table close to us and even forgot the fries that we ordered and have to remind him, but he’s attentive, maybe just too busy. I asked our server why on earth are we eating their steak with disposable plastic utensils and he too was surprised and gave us silverware lol. Food was okay, nothing for me to rave about.
Tonight I observed an employee talking to two customers like they were street trash. My boyfriend and I were sitting at the bar. A young man came in and asked if it was possible for him to place it to go order. Yes the kitchen was closed, but the young lady with the nappy bleached hair Had a very nasty attitude. I’m quite sure everybody who was at the bar is older than her. These young folks think that they can work in these establishments talk to people any kind of way and not have no type of consequences. When I asked the manager for her name, they wouldn’t even give it to me. They laughed like something was funny. So I’m definitely gonna reach out to the corporate office tomorrow because I wanna find out what the hell is so funny.
Awesome food and service. The only bad thing was parents need to control their kids from running around and don't let your kids bring in toys. This is a restaurant not Daddy daycare
Today 4/28/2025 went there for early dinner. Waitress was okay for got to bring some of the food . Now the food suck . Won't be back
Well long horn looks like the tariffs are on in your establishment. No lamb, ribs, and pork chops. And the service was slow🐌,the beer came out warm ordered sweet tea ,got sweet. Well it got worse forgot the entree can out with the corn and a baked potato that was not as ordered. Come on long horn I can't have you fall off too. And the manager immediately wants to compensate instead of getting the order right. Every person with issues are not always looking to get compensated. Focus on the service, this is one of my favorite places. Inventory management and service key. I am hoping this was a oneoff. Betterluck on the next visit
The food and service was on point. We received our food in a timely manner and it was prepared as expected. Server was very attentive to our needs and wants.
This evening, my husband, granddaughter, and I chose to dine at the LongHorn Steakhouse located in Waldorf. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant dining experience turned into one marked by disappointment, frustration, and what I perceived to be clear racial bias.
Upon arrival, my husband promptly added our name to the waitlist. While we were waiting to be seated, two other parties arrived after us—one was a Spanish-speaking group of eight, and the other was a party of two white women. About five minutes later, I observed the hostess, Alisa, seat the group of eight, despite them arriving after we did. I chose to remain patient and said nothing at that moment.
However, shortly after, Alisa proceeded to call the party of two white women—again, individuals who arrived after us. One of the women from that party even turned to my husband and me and said, “You all need to go to the desk, because you were definitely here first.”
I then approached Alisa and politely informed her that we had arrived before the other parties and should have been seated next. Her response was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive. She responded with a curt “Okay, I’ll seat you after,” with no acknowledgment of the mistake. When I expressed that guests should be seated in the order in which they arrive—not based on her personal discretion—she snapped back at me in a rude and condescending tone, asking, “So do you want to be seated or what?”At that point, I asked to speak with a manager.
The manager on duty, Tameika, came over, and I explained the situation to her. She was apologetic and acknowledged the hostess’s inappropriate behavior. She offered my family a complimentary appetizer, which I appreciated, but it did not erase the discomfort we felt. As a hard-working African American woman and loyal patron of this establishment, I was deeply hurt and disturbed by the treatment we received. It felt as though my family was disregarded, overlooked, and disrespected because of our race.
To make matters worse, once we were finally seated, Alisa failed to offer a kids’ menu for my granddaughter or inquire whether we needed a booster seat or high chair—basic considerations when dining with a young child. The hostess is the first point of contact for your guests and sets the tone for the entire experience.
No customer—regardless of race, ethnicity, or background—should ever be made to feel invisible or inferior. I was so upset by the incident that I couldn’t even finish my meal and ended up packing it to-go.I hope this message is received with the seriousness it deserves. I share this not just for myself, but in hopes that steps will be taken to ensure that no other customer endures the same treatment we experienced tonight.

Do not order steak unless u say well done because u will get all red meat like I'm Dracula or something. Then the manager comes over and say I take care of it and give u 50 cent like I wouldn't notice off when half the steak was RED.Never again
Clean and the people there were really nice and professional.
Gotta figure out a way to minimize the wait to be seated, how bout in-car dining, with a big screen in the parking lot and a tent, spring is sprung, easy on the salt Chef, it's a foundation seasoning, that was attempted murder but I won't press charges, good job Seth, hold that lane!
Food was fresh server was attentive
Overall, I really like Longhorn. I always order the salmon and have loved it for years. However, the last 3-4 times I have visited, the salmon does not taste the same. There is no taste of the marinade at all and that is why I am giving a 3 for my review. BRING BACK THE MARINADE ON THE SALMON!!!
