We arrived to a locked door on 5/9/24 at 6pm. No sign on the door, no communication from the restaurant, nothing. I called and reached out via social media and received no response. Sunday 5/12/24 they made a Facebook post stating they would be closed for the next six weeks. Do what you will with this info!

Visited recently with a party of 20. They were very accommodating and our waitress was great. She was very attentive, kind and helpful.The food was good. I just wish they had more choices of the meats coming around. They also did not come around quick enough at times or have enough for our entire party at the same time. But eventually everyone was taken care of.The cold and hot bar had good choices.Some of my favorite items were the red beans and rice, fried chicken, cheesy bread and fried pineapple.I believe they still have some kinks to iron out to make a better experience but overall it was a good experience.

Experience was terrible. The server wasn’t forthcoming with a lot of things and the manager was disrespectful instead of resolving the issues. They admitted fault but admitted to not doing anything about their mistakes

The food left a lot to be desired for the prices. The hot and cold bars had very little variety. We spend $160 for 2 ppl and barely got $30 worth of food. Customer service however was amazing. In my opinion not worth the $60+ per person price tag.
Stayed away for a year after we weren’t impressed the last time, heard things had been revamped and decided to give another try today. Unfortunately the music was too loud for a family dinner. Costs more than other (and better) Brazilian steakhouses. Service with Rashanda was good so credit deserved there. I don’t eat seafood or pork, only was offered beef twice (was on green the whole time). I left hungry and with a $250 bill. I don’t eat salad bar food, I came for the meats and couldn’t even get any I would eat. Even the chicken was wrapped in bacon. Was offered pork every 5 minutes and saw salmon twice, I wouldn’t call this a steakhouse when I hardly saw steak. Ate 1 piece of beef because the second one offered was so dry I couldn’t chew it. I would have ate better at Golden Corral, sadly, and saw others say the same (wish I read reviews before going) Save yourself the trip and head up the road to a better steakhouse or hit the Korean restaurant for half the price. Oh, I did see chicken wings come out once I paid and was on my way out the door. The rotation is not enough, or evenly distributed, and the options for someone like me, are not there unless you plan on eating and filling up at the salad bar. I saw another family complain about the overcooked meat and other issues, and others next to us who were very unhappy and miserable too. Unfortunately I see that all management does is respond with “Hope you’ll give us another try” so I’m sure the issue won’t actually be corrected.

The hostess greeted us very warmly and with enthusiasm. Our server Jaloni was awesome. All the gentlemen bringing food were gracious and pleasant as well. It was a great experience and one I recommend to all....even vegetarians have a wide choice of options at the salad bar.
Vegetarian options: The salad bar and sides were awesome and plentiful.
Kid-friendliness: Family oriented.

First time there, and I had a wonderful experience! Jaloni provided stellar service and when we entered the hostess grerted us with genuine warmth! Please visit the Waldorf location and ask for Jaloni! You will not regret it!
