Good quality pizza, service is fine for Waldorf prices are fair. Don’t read too much into the 1 star reviews the local clientele isn’t exactly respectable patrons towards service industry workers. Few pizza places around here I can eat without it destroying my stomach this place I’ve never had an issue with.

Second time ordering. First time got a Pizza (the works) and it was great. Decided to try a cheese steak and it was horrible 😫. There's no steak anywhere on this sub! Just bread and cheese. For the amount of money being charged the least they could do is pust some actual steak on there.

Attempted to order a pizza and salad online and was charged 3 times but order would not go through. Proceeded to call the Waldorf, MD location and my order was taken by Denard at 6pm. Called back at 8pm and was told that my order was out for delivery. By 9pm it still was not delivered. With hungry children waiting for dinner since 6pm, I decided to call back and cancel the order which is claimed to have been cancelled and refunded by Jamiya. The experience was an overall huge disappointment. Waiting 3 hours for a large pizza and premade salad is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will be leaving this review of this location on other websites and I will never order from here again!

If you are hungry and looking for quick service. This isn’t the place, don’t order from here! I’ve tried for the second time and both times my delivery order has been close to 2 hours! I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:50 with a 30 min delivery time and it’s now 8:17 and still no pizza! This is terrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very disappointed. Ive had Marcos elsewhere and it was great but this one fell short. Dough was tough like it was overcooked and there was barely any sauce on my pizza. I lost my appetite after the first slice. I usually don’t leave reviews but felt inclined to save someone else from eating here.

I put in a online order when I didn't feel like making dinner. The order was correct, and the staff was super friendly. All the food was good the pizza has a sweet sauce. All the pizza and bread sticks were very good. The price was good for all the food we got. I will be back. For a chain restaurant, I would give them 8,out of 10.
I tried it twice and both times it took extremely long to receive my order. I waited an hour for 2 pizzas. There were a lot of people also waiting inside and outside for their orders as well. I'm not sure if it was just because I ordered on Friday evening or if that was the norm. The staff was friendly, but they also seemed like they needed more help. I may try again in the future.

This was my first time at Marcos and be my last time. Placed online order at 12:16 to be picked up at 5:30. Get to location a little early to pay for it to find out the cashier can’t find my order and walked away. After coming back he told me it was being prepared. While waiting, customers kept coming in and not a single worker would help them out. Some walked out. 5:40 came and my order a was not called out. Manager seemed like she did not care to help anyone and after I had to ask for status update, come to find out my order was just sitting on the shelf and not one person had the ability to check. Having customers wait was their goal and I was beyond disappointed at the lack of knowledge, lack or leadership, lack of customer service, staff on phone. Will never go there again.
