look...if I build up points...I should be able to use them as I see fit. not use it for only 1 item per visit. over time and money spent at this store, we accumulated a fair amount of points. now, just before payday, the grands wanted some McDonald's, I told my husband to use the app and his points. we would be able to satisfy everyone without spending a lot out of pocket. nope. 1 item. I'm calling corporate in the morning. never had this with any other company.
