My food is always old and/or hard. Coffee is always stale past breakfast. And paying/ordering can be a pain. I go to any mcdonalds but this one if I can help it.

I don't normally go inside this restaurant. I go through the drive through but the times I have gone inside the atmosphere left much to be desired. The service at the drive through is rushed and communication issues abound. They're either rushing your order or I can't hear clearly.

This may be the closest McDonald's to my house by far but I will NEVER go to it again. I ordered dine in and ask them with my handicap if they would please bring me my food to my table. After 15 minutes I had to get up and go up to the counter to find out what was going on because like six people had been waiting on and gotten their food after me. They finally brought me my Big Mac meal and let me tell you it was very underwhelming. The burger was cold and it was haphazardly put together so that when I picked it up it fell apart. The only redeeming part of it was as I got hot french fries. As for the condition of the restaurant over 3/4 of the tables needed to be cleaned and the floor was filthy with grass trash and food all over it like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of days. Do not I repeat do not go to this McDonald's because it's nasty inside

This is the worst mcdonalds in maryland its actually sad. They dont listen to anything u say. I can tell them u want no lettuce and they will still put lettuce. U can tell them add extra sweet add sour sauce on the order and tell them put it in a bag and they will not add it to your bag then get mad when u ask them at the window for the sauce. These people have people waiting in lines for 10 plus minutes every damn day this place is some shit!!

I visited this McDonald’s location tonight and was in the drive-through line from 11:50 PM until 12:00 AM. During that entire time, no one ever greeted me at the speaker. I finally drove up to the window, where I was met by a young woman—who I believe was the manager—who attempted to lock the window in my face without a word. When she finally acknowledged me, she said, “We’re closed, ma’am.”

I politely asked why no one had announced that the location was closed, especially with a long line of customers behind me. Her response was, “The light is off, that means we’re closed.” For the record, the light was not off when I pulled in. Regardless, a simple message through the intercom could have saved many customers their time and confusion.

The dismissive tone and complete lack of courtesy were unacceptable, especially coming from someone who appeared to be in a leadership role. If you work in customer service, closing time is not an excuse to treat customers with disregard. This experience reflects very poorly on the management and customer care at this location.

If I could give this store a negative rating, I would. I hope corporate reviews this behavior and holds the appropriate individuals accountable.

This location might be the worst one in southern MD. It's not that difficult to put all of my expensive supposedly value meals in the bag. I've had to drive back to the store, go inside, or drive back through the drive thru on separate occasions.
